I’ve had a great experience with McCaw! Darla was very helpful and quick to get information to me, and the property is amazing. Everyone I’ve worked with so far has been very responsive and helpful (maintenance came out to fix something the day after I filled out a report) and the online renters portal has been easy to navigate

This was THE worst renting experience I’ve had and I’ve moved every year for the last 8 years (mainly due to job relocation). I go to move in and the property was filthy. I called them and they sent a few guys over, and I don’t think they did anything. So I had to deep clean the property before moving my stuff in. The A/C went out in September and it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed. We also had some tub tiles come off and that took another 2/3 weeks to get fixed. The people they used for maintenance (I least when I was there) were not reliable and did not show up when they were supposed

I've been renting through McCaw for over a year, and I have no issues whatsoever. They've been very responsive when it comes to addressing our concerns and issues, a lot of times faster than my previous apartment complex did! They're courteous, professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent/lease a property through a knowledgeable, competent and attentive Property Management company.
