Services
At REAL Property management we provide a high level of commitment to our homeowners and transfer that to you our tenants. We look for the most qualified people to rent the homes we manage. Unlike most management companies we want to have a positive relationship with our tenants so one day we can manage your investments in the future.
Option A: With this option, the owner is charged 10% of the monthly income for us to manage the property. This includes all the lease agreements, listings, and management of the property in-between tenants. The management fee will be due 12 months out of the year leased or not. Through option A you will receive a line to our vendors and pay them directly.
