Honestly, these apartments are the best price you can get in town. I’m currently paying $1040 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it’s over 1000 sq ft. Maintenance people are quick and super friendly. About a year ago I hit an animal while driving home late from work and my front license plate was hanging off. The next morning I walked out to my car and the maintenance guy has fixed it! It’s very safe, quiet and there’s 24 hr security. The only con for me is that you can’t have cats. Other than that, I absolutely love it here and I would recommend to anyone!!

Giving Belcourt Apartments and staff top rated stars because it is well deserved, with exception of the noisy upstairs tenants in apartment B203, guess it comes with having to live below someone. Overall the one year we lived their, was peaceful and great, no other complaints. If we could we would move back, because the saying that the grass is greener on the other side does not hold true all the time, as we learned the hard way after we moved to a one story duplex. The rental still needs a lot of maintenance that was not done as promised before move-in and after a month of living there, the rear

My home is on the east side of this complex divided by a block wall. The original County agreement included that Belcourt plant and maintain adult trees for privacy to private homes. The trees are not maintained or trimmed on the private home side unless requested. At one point trimming was refused by the "Manager" and l had to consult County. Code enforcement reinforced requirement to maintain trees or face being fined. Well l have waited over half the summer and no tree maintenance. I do believe the "Manager" takes my request personal as she has been quite rude everytime I call Belcourt which

While this place is closer to the airport than one might prefer, it is outside the flight path and is pretty silent as a result. The grounds are gated, clean, and well maintained. There's a nice pool, a small but adequate gym, assigned parking, full sized washer and dryer in each apartment, parking surveillance. Any issues I've experienced were dealt with promptly by the staff, they deserve 5 stars alone. You have access to the club house, we've rented it out (free) for our daughter's birthday party. It's definitely worth looking into if you are checking out apartments.

Awful place to live! Infested with bugs, incompetent management, yes you need a gate key to get threw with your car but the security guard lets anyone in!!!! Pool access is not locked so the danger to children in outrageous. No matter how you take care of your unit your deposit is taken. Bums are always digging threw the dumpsters, security is often spotted down the block from property while on duty smoking and talking on the phone. Not to mention a neighbor of ours was so intoxicated that he could not walk, he kept falling down, knocking on randoms doors asking if anyone had seen his keys, he
