Maurice was personable and professional in our first home buying inspection! He was very thorough and came equipped to take pictures of anything that had to be fixed. He responded to my phone calls, texts, and emails in a timely way, even over Easter weekend. I would recommend him to my colleagues as his prices are competitive while his work being of great value!

Maurice was wonderful to work with. He showed up on time and did a excellent pre dry wall inspection and then when I was ready to close he completed a whole house inspection. Both times he found things that the builder missed. I was very happy with his service and his communication . I look forward to using services again the next time I purchase a house .

My husband Richie and I recently had our new manufactured home inspected. The owner did a detailed and thorough inspection, spending over 2 hours there and was always receptive to our many questions. He arrived early and was meticulous and professional in his inspection, in addition to being so pleasant and personable! As promised we received our inspection report promptly. The report was comprehensive with an impressive layout of facts and photographs. Price was reasonable. Work quality was outstanding!

Hands down one of the best Home Inspectors that I've ever worked will. Maurice Quick is very knowledgeable and professional. He literally reviewed the home that my wife and I about to purchase from top to bottom and spent over (2) hours for the review. Beyond that Maurice is one of the nicest guys that you'll meet. Following the inspection, he discussed his major findings with me and reviewed some of the most important areas inspected before the report was completed.
