What time is check in? 2 PM - unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate early check ins. What time is check out? 10 AM - all guests must vacate by 10 AM, so that we can get the properties ready for our next guests to check in - we are not able to accommodate late check outs in prime season. Where do I get my check in packet and keys?

Very disappointing experience with the agency. Very difficult to communicate with (responding on their side sometimes takes over a week). They don't really care what complains you have once you move in into the house you rent, simple issues take months to be taken care of. Definitely not going to use their services in the future.

We use Jack Hickman for our Beach House Rental (Henlopen Dr. South Bethany, DE) and Meredith Is sweet and such a pleasure to work with. This is a smaller Agency and gives a more personable experience vs the bigger realtors that just get you in and out. We chose Meredith to represent us after interviewing 5 other Realtors. They are also in the process of upgrading their online booking and other modern technologies.
