Everyone was so very nice. I have been to many Dentist in my life and always was uncomfortable during x-rays. When the lady did my x-rays she was Very gentle. Not one time did I experience any pain or discomfort from her during the x-rays. The Dentist was very nice and explained everything in detail about my upcoming visits. I would recommend this office to everyone!

I visited Dr. Schafer office for my mothers dental implants. Doc was extremely thorough with her case and very helpful with all possible approaches to help her with the pain. Staff was extremely helpful as well. Will highly recommend this clinic for all your dental needs. The most humble and professional dentist I have ever visited.

Recently went to this office and had fillings…and I would love to return because the dentist was soooo nice and gentle. The office creeped me out a little at first with tooth fragments from dentures being made there but hey…the only thing that I will not return for is the front desk lady with the glasses. She is very rude and not patient at all. She was being very rough when doing x-rays. I told her she was hurting me several times and she got mad, stormed out of the room and told me the dentist would finish. Jesecka was very sweet and helpful and so was the dentist. But I will not be returning

Dr Russell Schafer and his amazing staff at NOLA Dentistry are the best in the world to me. I would have panic attacks and I developed a phobia of going to the dentist from a horrible experience I received from a previous dentist. But Dr Schafer and his staff made me feel so safe. When I first walked into the office the pleasant atmosphere was so amazing. Dr Schafer took the time to listen and talk to me. He and his staff made me feel so safe and relaxed. The entire office care about the patient needs and understands that everyone is different and his different needs when going to the dentist.

Staff are so nice! Dr. Schaeffer is very nice, humorous and does great work. He works very fast. Hate that you can only schedule within 48 hours of an appnmnt if you have insurance and need treatment, but I get it. Also, if you cancel twice (regardless of how far in advance), they only allow you to schedule 24 hours before the appnmt for the rest of your life.
