I have lived here for almost two years and have had little to no issues with the apartment complex, the biggest complaint I have is the maintenance. As sometimes they are quick to respond, the mess they leave behind is disgusting. Last spring I had asked them to re-caulk the shower because it was literally peeling apart from the wall, and I will leave a photo of the horrible mess they left behind (and they didn’t even fix the issue). This past week I had asked them to fix a leak in my shower & they left dirt covering the entire bathroom as well as multiple dead wasp were found when I returned

This was a good place to live for a short period of time. While it was nice to be close to the Medical Center with a weekly food truck and spacious pool with pretty decent prices, when we moved in there were a lot of issues with our apartment. No place is perfect, but things were constantly falling apart, (washer, electrical, fridge and sinks were leaking) and it was never clear when maintenance was going to stop by to fix things. We also had issues with the air conditioning a multiple of times on the hottest days of the year, and we had a roach infestation as well. We had at least 10 roaches a

I have lived here about 9 months and I have no complaints so far! Quiet neighborhood, great amenities, awesome rent rates. Maintenance comes within the day or the next. I wish there were more parking for visitors because they do tow here so be aware of that. Pool is clean, gym is clean and open 24 hours, WIFI lounge has a free printer, the main office has a conference room and free Starbucks coffee. Pet friendly with two dog parks. Across the street from the Medical District and 12 to 15 minutes from the University of Houston.

We have had an apartment at Stella Medical Center for about 1.5 years now. It has been a wonderful experience. They take good care of their units. The biggest positive is all hard flooring throughout (at least on 1st floor) which makes upkeep a breeze. Property is a bit older, but they maintain the grounds, exterior, and interiors very well and the price for our 2 bedroom lines up perfectly with what they offer and you can't beat how close it is to the Texas Med Center (and free shuttle service!). Staff is great (Tamika leased us and is still there doing great for residents, and the manager Ashley

What a wonderful place to live. I have seen some negative reviews, and I understand their frustrations, but I think it is important to remember that nowhere is perfect, because people aren't perfect. I get the feeling that the staff here truly care about the happiness of the residents, and my interactions with everyone from maintenance to the front office staff has been wonderful. I could go on for ages about details, but no one has time for that, so here is the good old pros and cons list.

I love my new apartment! This is by far the best apartment complex at the Medical Center in Houston. It has a well-equipped gym, a wifi room opened the 24 hours, and a great pool. The management is very organized and they respond to all your questions really quickly. If you want safety, this is the place to live.

The apartments are spacious, updated and the grounds are always maintained. My move in was completely online with the assistance of Leslie and Tamika who made it seamlessly easy. I was constantly updated and assisted by Leslie until I moved into my apartment. When I first opened my apartment I was very impressed because the apartment was exactly as shown online before move in, which is rare, many apartment complex show pictures of their leasing office, not the apartments which in most cases need renovations, Stella

Nice apartments! Very well maintained, lots of area for walking around, so may trees around; I always enjoyed walking around. Amenities, like gym, pool and club house are well maintained. Nearer to medical center (big advantage) and free shuttle service. We lived at Stella for 2.5 years, and we loved it. Only two concerns, first is pantry space inside apartment, very small, and second, no play area for kids, otherwise everything is perfect for family living. Very much secure, I never heard any theft or stolen incidences here during my stay. My family really love the apartments. I highly recommend

I am living here since 6 months, I really like it , very nice community to live in , The complex is so clean and beautiful.
I stayed in several appartments before but this is my first time to find like this community, I can say I feel like we are one family.
The management team are so cooperative, I liked Najee she is so friendly and cooperative, I liked her way in dealing with the residents.
I highly recommend this place to move in, it worth the money , you'll feel safe, you will enjoy the Starbucks cafe , the well equipped gym, and the monthly events.I was lucky to win 250$ in one of these
