1/10 would not recommend. Due to them rushing to rebuild after the hurricane multiple apartments aren’t able to get wifi & cable because they refuse to pay to run the wires. I have been living here since February it is now Late May & I still haven’t received a mail box key, when I made them aware of the issue I was told there are people that has been living here more than a year with no mailbox key. Many A/C units aren’t working properly & some apartments have a mold problem. I moved in with a newborn baby & the filter for my A/C looked like it hasn’t been changed in a very long time, in
