Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
The two stars are benefit of the doubt as we haven't seen the interior. We considered these as a rental but upon driving through it was obvious the complex is not being well kept. Extreme mold/mildew on all buildings. Parking lot is rather junky. Pictures are old, not current. We will be looking elsewhere.

So far I’ve had an amazing experience with Ava Kay. Mrs. Nola has been such a tremendous help to me throughout the entire process. She has gone above and beyond. I’ve been renting for about 10 years now throughout the states and I have not come across one leasing agent who has been as nice and patient as Nola! She is awesome. I mean seriously, good customer service is hard to come by these days, especially with this labor shortage; so, I just appreciate her so much and wanted to give her the flowers she deserves. Whoever the owner is should give her a raise! Anyway, regarding the property itself

Moved in back in 2014 and the rent was 950 but rent was raised to 1095 under new management. The walls are pretty thin if you are on top and you want to vacuum or wash clothes it makes a lot of noise so keep that in mind. But the facility is very clean and this place would be nice for a first time home. This is better than an apartment. The reason why I moved out was because with the new price I could rent a since house and not have to deal with being quiet.
