I have been racially profiled multiple times by the management. The neighbors have threatened me multiple times and management did nothing to keep it from happening. It took 30 days for them to fix my sink, within those 30 days that made up plenty of excuses. Landscape is a bust, Homes were rushed after the hurricane, plenty of problems to deal with for it to be the place where you’re supposed to relax in .10/10 would NOT recommend.

Chelsey Childree took her time to make sure that I had the apartment I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs I felt like this was the best place to call my home. I scheduled a viewing and was able to see the apartment exactly on my schedule start time, Chelsey was very professional and also so sweet during the whole process.

Whispering Palm is a relatively nice place to live, it is pet friendly and has reasonable rates. Personally I haven't had many issues and require minimal help from maintenance who are always very friendly. The office is usually preoccupied They really like their extra curricular activities so don't expect a timely response from them. For the area, this is a nice place to live, but they like to raise the rent because they spend all of their money on gaudy landscaping and amenities that no one uses. Overall, I would recommend this complex due to a lack of other options.

Haven't had any huge problems but the parking situation is horrible no one is dedicated to their own spot unless you pay for it which me I paid $900 a month I believe that should come with its own parking space at least one because if you come in later than 530 you can not find a parking space near your apartment you'll have to park in visitors or clear across the apartment complex in a non Reserve but if you do and the front entrance gate is a disaster sometimes you can spend up to 15 minutes trying to get in and it says 24/ 7 Management Services or even emergency but if it's on a Sunday good

They made it very effortless to move in, even earlier than I had expected. I was VERY pregnant, & with my husband in the stationed in the Navy, It was difficult at the time. They made it easier when the moving company said they were arriving early, for me Always willing to work with you, hosting events, etc. Its a beautiful place to live & has been a great stepping stone in our new lives as a family. They have undergone some nice remodeling & updated the front office to have a social lounge!
