Our team is made up of over 80 computer enthusiasts who have chosen to make a career out of their love for technology. Every single Endsight employee has a unique story to tell. Joey started at Endsight as an entry-level help-desk technician. Rewarded for his commitment to clients and pursuit of knowledge, he was promoted to a position on our Field Engineering team.

After I had a difficult time getting after-hours help logging into my account, Samuel contacted me to figure out exactly what went wrong in my initial exchange with the technician.

It seems clear to me that Endsight is concerned with providing their clients with clear, easy-to-follow instructions, as well as top-notch service. I would recommend Endsight to people who are looking for comprehensive and reasonable tech support.

I really enjoyed working with Anthony. He was able to quickly understand the problem I was having with my Outlook To-Do bar and very efficiently went to work to remedy the situation. Anthony went above and beyond in that he did those little 'extra' things that don't need to be done but make the application much easier to use.

Endsight is a great company to work with. They know their stuff and are always able to get me an answer. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is sometimes I get the new person and it takes a bit longer to get me an answer. But they always do. I'd highly recommend them!

We like the people of Endsight. The daily problem-solving technicians are wonderful.

The only reason we write a less than glowing review is from our experience of "moving to the cloud." It took longer, cost more, and was more difficult by a factor of, what, ten? twenty? Much of our historical files, contract templates, and paper trails has vanished. The titles exist but the files turn out to be empty. We're now having to write all new documents at every turn. You can't reuse a document using the "save as" technique if the document has disappeared. We are so disappointed

The pushy salesdude who cold called couldn't give me any useful details about their service, but lied and told me our Executive Director had referred him to me, using her name. Not a good sign.

The company I work for has been a client for numerous years - since our inception 4 years ago.

Since I am the manager of said company; I am always on the phone dealing with the technical issues in the office.

I find Endsight's technician's to be extremely helpful. I have grown to personally know a few of them - but they all recognize me by voice now.

It has been a pleasure working with them for the past four years and would highly recommend them for offsite IT repair/monitoring.

Any issues we've ever had (i.e. when our server crashed over a weekend) they always have a tech readily
