Over 10 years working in this field but far more social and engaging than most other IT professionals.

This is a 'people' business, where the only rating is the people involved and the quality of their work. My experience with them, as we mutually struggled to work with software and a reluctant LAN was reassuring that the solutions were solid, and that they have my back if anything goes awry. A very pleasant experience with an unpleasant task.

Alistair arrived exactly on time, was pleasant and courteous. He knew just how to fix an installation of a printer and linking it to three computers, which was complicated because one of them was a chromebook. I would use him again for any computer/wi-fi issue. I am very pleased!

Alistair is fantastic. He's patient, super well informed, and very kind. He helped me work through a full Ubiquiti system including a USG, Switch and APs. I'd highly recommend working with him for just about anything IT related :)

Finding Alistair has been such a relief and a blessing.

He is a totally rad human. He shows up on time and fixes my problems with grace and tact and proficiency. In the past, my experience with the IT community has not been all that "professional" - showing up late, missing appointments, having ZERO personality and on one or two other occasions: creating more problems. NOT WITH ALISTAIR. Not only is he professional but he has a personality ahnnnd is up-to-date on current things happening with computers and networks and all the things that makes us average (non-IT) people go bonkers.

All I really needed was someone to help me set up my internet and link my computer and IPAD to the network. It sounded so simple, but I couldn't do it. Alistair came out and set the whole thing up in a matter of minutes. Since he was already at my home (and finished so quickly) I had him trouble shoot a couple other things on the computer, link my photos, and help me navigate something on google docs. He was friendly and made a daunting project easy. I will call him again for other projects.

I cannot express to you the amount of professionalism and expertise that this man exudes. I have worked with many IT "professionals" and have found nothing but extreme ineptitude and excuses. Alistair is top notch at what he does and he quickly solves problems and resolves them expeditiously!! He also installed new and faster working software in all our computers and maintains our server to it's optimal efficiency.
