Once again, FormaTech staff solved our emergency in record time. We called at 8:00 am and were back up and running by 9:00am. Our store cannot function without the computer system running and Forma Tech has been very responsive at getting our system back up and running quickly. We have a complicated, difficult system and I'm grateful to have their service.

I scheduled Formatech to come out on a Monday. 10 minutes after the appointment time the tech (owner) called, and said he could not make it. We rescheduled for the following day, same time. This time a complete no show, with no call. I emailed again on Thursday and set a new appointment for the following Monday. No show, no call.
