We are a wholesale-retail shipping outlet offering more than 3000 different boxes along with perforated bubble, packing foam, anti-static and biodegradable peanuts as well as many other packaging items. We also provide shipping services through FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the U.S. Postal Service as well as various LTL freight companies for larger items.

The amount of times I've been treated disrespectfully at UPS, USPS & FedEx- I typically have anxiety just walking into any place to ship!
I walked in here for the first time & was blown away by the customer service and genuine kindness.
I went in 5 days before Christmas and they were the most genuine folks!
Will NEVER use any other spot.

I've been going here for 2+ years now. Very friendly and helpful staff. I've counted on them for shipping items which has always saved me money. Their shipping supplies are reasonably priced and of great quality, not the cheap stuff you buy on amazon. Not sure why there are negative reviews as the staff has been above expectations. Good luck getting that kind of service at any post office in phoenix.

Air Park Pak-n-Ship is an excellent place to obtain shipping containers of any size or configuration. If they don't have the container that is the best way to ship your object, they will custom make one. They are also an authorized shipping center for Federal Express. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING -Please know if you have them ship your package you are no longer the shipper, they are. What that means is you no longer have any control over the shipment other than the ability to track it. If you take out insurance, the insurance is not with Federal Express, it is with Air Park Pak-n-Ship. Finally

I love this place, always good to support small businesses. I've only come in here a few times to send packages, but they make it so easy and efficient. On my most recent visit, I sent a package via USPS and received a tracking number which let me see when it was successfully delivered. I like that the employee let me know this was the cheapest option (as a frugal lady, this is always appreciated). I recommend this spot for your packing and shipping needs.

One of the rudest encounters I've ever had. They misspelled the address (typing is very hard) and my package was sent back to sender. I asked if they would resend it with the correct spelling and they did. Only to receive a call saying they refused to send it and I must come pick up my package. As I went to fetch my package I asked for a refund since the service was not completed. They refused so I acknowledged that I would have to dispute the charge and that is when the crazy lady behind the counter lost it. And said she would send her lawyers after me. I called and got a quote to ship a piece of woodworking equipment from AZ to NY. I gave dimensions and weight and was quoted $590. I arranged to borrow a truck and took the item to their office for shipment.
The next day they called and said the bill would be $637.24. I said I was quoted $590. The guy on the phone couldn't explain why I had to pay an extra $47.24. I asked to talk to the manager. He said the manger (Jeffrey Gilbert) will just tell you to come pick it up if you don't like it. I asked the manger to honor his quote to me and he wouldn

I've been taking packages to this location for nearly a year now. The staff is wonderful. The place is clean and the service is stellar. I highly recommend it. They put the incorrect postage on a simple letter which was returned with a note from the post office that it was three dollars more now when I called and confronted them. They did Nied any responsibility you saying it was their machine M. They continue to deny and deflect and relate how they did not like the way I was upset . Then they called me a liar saying there is no way that’s possible . And wondered why it was further upset . These people are amazing. I go in to purchase one box and one would think it an order for 10,000. They are always friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating. They have packed valuable art for me and provided boxes to send my grand kids gifts. Not many businesses provide this kind of service anymore. If you have the need they are the best!

My go to for all my shipping needs! They have the major mail carriers pick up from here, so during the holidays when i have to ship all my gifts I come here . They tell you the prices for all the carriers and the dates it will arrive, which is nice since you don't have to have to go to a few different stores to get the best price, you can just come here. The staff is always friendly and very quick!

Stunning service, products, and price Gary spent the time to customize a box for an important valuable. He knew how to reduce sizes to make a perfectly size enclosure--very impressive. Excellent customer service from Gary and Tom. Both of these guys are stellar. And this was. This was not my first time visiting, they always exceed my expectations. In the past I met Jeff who. This is the place where I go for all of my packing and shipping needs! They ship both UPS and Fedex, and even USPS and DHL...so it is the prefect location for returns, quick shipping with any vendor and standard mail services.
They offer custom boxing and crating worldwide, have a huge inventory of boxes and packing supplies, provide tracking for all (even returns), and always with a smile!
What I love most...they are super fast and I have never had to wait in line.

Very disappointing experience and would not recommend to anyone shipping anything of value. I paid over $1,000 to have some household goods packed and shipped - they arrived broken. For $1,000 they should have been able to withstand normal transportation issues. The worst part is it took three attempts to get the owner to respond to my concerns. He said he'd look into it and get back to me. It's been a month and no communication. Wouldn't use this business again for any reason - such disappointment from otherwise friendly people.

Wow! Paid over $100 to have my flat screen TV packed for moving. It was all good UNTIL at the end when I asked to keep the excess material that I PAID for they told me "no" we keep that because we had to make shift the box by using a smaller box and had used tape and a little bit of stretch wrap. Seriously! I paid $25 for labor wouldnt you think that would be included in labor?!?! I can't help it if they didn't charge me for that $3.60 box. Greedy and poor customer service. I suggest not ro have them package anything for you.

So I went in here a few weeks back to mail out something I had sold on ebay...I was in a hurry on my way home from work and saw the sign on Scottsdale road and thought what the heck, I don't live in the area, and I have no clue where a Post office is around here, and I needed to ship it that day.
I walked in and there was a few customers in front of me, but being helped in different areas of the counter. So I walked up to an open area, and stood there for a few minutes with my package not even being acknowledged...finally when I did get helped, The kid who helped me wasn't very polite

I would not recommend this business to anyone. I went in with a box of memorial items for my father who recently passed away, a flag from his service, and a sword from his time in the Navy. We requested that the flag be handled with care and placed in a plastic bag for the shipping. He put the box with our personal items in one spot and the flag was tossed with disregard and not bagged on a table behind him. He didn't have me verify my address. He charged us approximately $77 to pack and ship these items.

Shipping places aren't too hard to find, but my experience with Airpark makes me very likely to go back. They did a great job of packing my very fragile glass items for shipment, very friendly and courteous throughout the process, and the price was very reasonable. A big thumbs up for great service!
