I had a misunderstanding with them about a pricing issue and they went above and beyond to make it right. I'm really impressed that they called me and tried to fix it. It means more to me that they clearly care about their customers, than anything else. I'm moving again next month and even though they are pretty far out of the way for me I'll be driving there to purchase from them. They gained a loyal customer.

Great experience here - staff was incredibly helpful and patient. Had to ship a small item across the country - was offered multiple options as well as packaging. Am planning on shipping a few more things in the near future and am really glad I have such a great option close by.

I use these ladies for all of my shipping needs for my small coffee business. Label printing, mailing, helping me figure out how to cut down on shipping costs by getting smaller boxes, etc. Love them and I wouldn't be able to ship my bags of coffee without them ❤️

LOVE this gem of a mail center! Efficient, professional, friendly, beyond helpful, this store does everything. Don't want to wrap item to be sent? That's o.k., they do it for you, carefully & quickly. All services are available from simply dropping off a letter to shipping services, whether national or international) by all major carriers. They go above & beyond to resolve any issue. Another thoughtful, angst-reducing option available is the use of Marsh McCleelan insurance coverage for valuable mailings. Your expectations will be exceeded!!

Been a customer for well over a decade and this business is a quiet hidden gem. Owner Jay and unpretentious staff are not noisy, just seriously efficient but always wearing a genuine a smile. I have had a 'box' there for almost as long and have consistently found support so a trip is saved to the 'box'. Check it out!
