RoadRunner provided an almost seamless experience arranging the shipment of our Tesla from California to New Hampshire. Having never shipped a car before (and hearing some scary stories from friends over the years) we were really nervous. We contacted RoadRunner, and within a few days they had a shipper lined up for us. RoadRunner was in close communication with us every step of the way, and was prompt answering emails and texts from me. Our shipper had to delay pick-up by a couple of days, but had no issues picking up and loading the car even though we weren't physically there, and even got it

I shipped a car from Portland, Oregon to Denver, Colorado. The process was easy. I especially liked that I knew the price up front and could pay via credit card at the beginning and didn’t have to worry about paying the driver cash and changing the price, as I had read online that other companies do. The car arrived in great condition and early.

We were pleased with the whole process of getting a estimate from the company to pickup and delivery. We were given the driver's contact information so we could communicate directly with him. We had a minor language problem with the driver (he had limited English), but we overcame that and are very pleased with the service. Due to severe weather in the delivery location, the driver contacted us and we mutually agreed to another drop off location. We will definitely use RoadRunner Auto Transport again!

Overall my experience requesting to ship my car from one state to another was VERY GOOD! First time I request this type of service.
When I requested the quote, I received a very quick response back having a follow up call and email. The representative explained details but he was bit rude, still he addressed my concerns.
Regarding the person that transported the car, she was AWESOME! She called me the day before to arrange details on when and where to pick up my car. During the trip, I received updates on where my car was.
My car made it home safe :)

I randomly selected Roadrunner to transport our car from a suburb of Chicago to Durham, NC. The transport company was very efficient about contacting us at the front end. A courteous and timely driver arrived on a Monday morning. We were delighted to see the car was put in a covered transport. By the next morning the car was delivered. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

RoadRunner did a good job lining up Happy Auto Transport to pick up and deliver a car I'd bought in an online auction. The initial price I was quoted changed (increased) because the seller changed the pickup date. As disappointing as this was, RoadRunner did a good job communicating this to me in advance. Two days before delivery (this was coast-to-coast) I received a heads-up on the delivery date, and from that point I was communicating with the actual driver. He arrived on the day and at the time he predicted, and my new vintage car was in fine shape when it arrived.

RoadRunner Auto Transport provided really terrific service when I needed to have my classic BMW transported 1,000 miles. The arranged pick-up of the car was on time, the road transport time and cost was reasonable for the distance involved, and delivery drop-off was easily coordinated with the Driver at the final destination. Another noteworthy aspect of their service was that the car was handled carefully and arrived in very good condition. The old car was happy to have the carrier ride to its new home and will enjoy many more miles of local driving because it did not have to endure the risks

Absolutely the worst experience ever ! 3 days late picking my vehicle up . Then they dropped my truck off on the side of highway 41 with a flat tire !! I had to get a tow truck I had to get if fixed !! They broke my emergency brake and smashed my tailgate pushing my truck onto another truck for delivery WITH THE FLAT!! now they won't fix ANYTHING ! 11 /16 / 2021 so much for customer service getting in touch with me !! Bold face lie ! No one called

What an amazing experience. I needed to get my son’s vehicle to him as he had just been stationed 1,500 miles away from home. I called them on Monday, they picked up the car on Tuesday from my home, and it was delivered to my son on Thursday. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!
