So I post my comments about the lack of compassion from these people. Their response is comical. Yes I was 5 minutes late. Was on the phone w them trying to work something out from 4:50. The minute I found out they had it.Sure everybody has the right to be with their families. I was asking for 10 minutes of their time. A difference of $100 savings for me or an easy $100 profit for them. And at THANKSGIVING. The definition alone (sharing w thy neighbor). They just don't seem very kind. And that makes me đ. To tell me to have a wonderful Thanksgiving knowing I have this unexpected $300 expense

Well...the driver was nice.. Office on the other hand...Rude rude rude rude and very slow! Gave it 1 star because I had to.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Lady in the office was very rude not professional at all she was either the manager or just someone that trains employees but very rude. Was waiting for my vehicle heard her saying bad things about someone might have been me but sounded like another current employee horrible service

Place is a scam. Hold your vehichle for insurance reasons & then charge you outrageos stirage fees as well as a bunch of additional charges that are unethical if not downright illegal.
$566 bucks from Friday at 8pm until Weds at 2pm & i was charged 6 days atorage at $45 a day + $25 storage admin fee plus i was charged a standard hook up rate as well as for every mile they towed & a mechanics lien servive fee of 120 (whatever in the hell that is) they close at noon on Saturday & are closed on Sunday but still chatge you 45 for thst day. Dont know how you sleep at night dude. They were charging

Getting your property towed is never especially fun. These folks employ tactics that are designed to waste, delay, and impede the release of your property. Franklin Wreckers own two other differently named companies (Hicks, Greenwood) to give the assumption that providers have a choice in their pick/up or drop/off deliveries. They refused my insurance providers tow truck at their gate, just after âgreen lightingâ the release not less than 90 minutes before.
