Once you own a unit and week, you pay yearly Homeowner's Association maintenance fees.

We loved our stay! A little dated but very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning doesn't play around! Lol the staff are very friendly and attentive. There are shops and restaurants and bars all right there in a little square. I highly recommend! If you have a fisherman/woman you can pay $20 to fish on the pier for your entire stay. Bring a rod or rent one.

We come here a lot. ALOT. I could go anywhere really but the idea of being right in the heart of all the fun to be had on the beach is quite compelling. We absolutely love The Kingfisher. We've stayed in every kind of room they have just about from the studios to the 2 bedroom, balcony and no balcony, bunk room which is a good in-between option. The rooms are always clean. Look it's not the Hilton but this is the beach y'all :). Rates are great for all things considered. I mean you don't have to drive anywhere the entire time...everything is right there: the pier with great
