A: A homeowners' association is a legal entity, registered with the state of Colorado, in which owners are part of an organization created to provide common services to its members (the owners) in a planned community that must operate within the governing documents that are part of its legal charter.
A: The association represents owners, not renters and lessees. Thus, anyone who rents or leases from an owner of the association goes to the OWNER rather than to the association for most services that renters and lessees would seek directly from "the office" in an apartment complex. It is the OWNER, not the association, who is responsible for addressing most requests by a lessee or renter.

Services
We are located in the extreme southeastern part of the city and county of Denver, Colorado. High-quality common areas, tree-covered grounds, and a desirable location make this a very pleasant place to live. This is NOT an apartment complex! Although owners may choose to rent or lease their unit(s), THEY are responsible both legally and financially for their tenants, and almost all requests for services must go through the owner(s).
For questions, please call or send an EMAIL to the General Manager at the contacts shown above. Plaza de Monaco Towers Condominiums Association, Inc. is operated under the guidance of Stephanie Mailhot and Buck Bailey, on-site managers, who handle all operational matters within general strategic guidelines and budget parameters established by a board of directors that is elected by the association membership (the owners).

Do not move to this place! Horrible! One of the office girls named Stephanie is down right rude, and nit pics anything and everything, & discriminates 100%! She’s one of the people who has power and control issues, with having a job as she does, that ANYONE can do, acting the way she does, you know she will NEVER amount to much more in life. If this apartment complex would get rid of her, it’d be much better off.
