Lakehouse
Lakehouse has envisioned a completely new way of living where wellness is integrated into every element of design in order to optimize the health and well-being of its residents. New condominiums, rowhomes and penthouses are available for immediate move-ins. It's no secret that living by the water can have profound effects on your health and psyche.

From its prime waterfront location in Denver's vibrant Sloan's Lake neighborhood, Lakehouse presents a distinct collection of residences crafted with your total well-being in mind. Lakehouse is the first project in Colorado, and one of the first residential projects in the world, to achieve Precertification under the WELL Building Standard - a science-backed benchmark that puts wellness at the forefront of design to enrich the living experience.
Services
At Lakehouse, every design decision has been made to cultivate a new type of living environment where human nature and the natural world effortlessly coincide. Conceived by international architects Stantec (formerly RNL Design) and Muoz + Albin, Lakehouse was designed to blend modern comfort and sustainable design with a plethora of amenities and health-focused features.
Beyond natural beauty, innovative architecture and future-thinking sustainability lives the heart of our vision. The site for Lakehouse was chosen for its distinct setting overlooking Sloan's Lake with the Rocky Mountains and Denver skyline as its backdrop.

Here, international architects Stantec and Muoz + Albin were engaged to craft an environment in harmony with nature while non-profit partner Realwell built a network of health experts to help residents achieve total mind-body wellness at home.Through customized programs, classes and long-term support, including a dedicated Wellness Concierge, an entirely new and healthier way to live was born.
Outdoor adventures, water sports, urban entertainment and culinary delights are just outside your front door. Today, Lakehouse is part of the rapidly changing neighborhood taking shape south of Sloan's Lake and west of downtown Denver. Since farmer Thomas M. Sloan accidentally hit an aquifer while building a well and created Sloan's Lake in 1861, the Sloan's Lake neighborhood has become one of Denver's most thriving and sought-after areas.

What a nice place to live. The building, the amenities, the views are excellent. So many options including the swimming pool, hot tub, spa, gym, garden, fire places….
The lake is across the street!

This might be a environmentally progressive and "green" building if the construction company wasn't trashing the whole neighborhood. They dump trash from their cars, break beer bottles/leave beer cans and throw food scraps from their lunches all over the place. Its disgusting. They illegally park along the streets and I've personally seen them violate OSHA requirements. They block the road with the boom lift without any signs or anyone directing traffic. Another example, on Sat a guy was using a generator in the bed of his truck that was puffing large clouds of smoke, it was hard to breath outside

Beautiful complex. Purchasing a penthouse on the 11th floor and cannot wait to move in. My realtor introduced me to the property and I am so thankful she did!

I'm sure it's going to be very nice when it's done but being hurried up all the way through a project and not being given time to be a Craftsman makes it extremely hard to create a shining gem for Denver.
