We hope if you aren't already familiar with our building, this will provide an introduction. Penn Square was built in 1967-68 as one of central Denver's premier luxury high-rise apartment complexes. Located in the historic district of Capitol Hill, Penn Square commanded some of the most spectacular city and mountain views and was in significant demand.
In the mid-1970's, Penn Square was converted into condominiums and has remained a primarily owner-occupied building since that time. In 1996, after the successful outcome of a legal action against Dow Chemical Company, Penn Square underwent a major reconstruction and exterior renovation. Not only did this greatly enhance the structural qualities of Penn Square, but allowed the modernization of the entire building exterior.

I haven't been to a mall in 5 years. This reminded me of the one from childhood which I really miss and am super nostalgic for. Two levels with working escalators, an AMC theater,, food court. Typical fare. It had the same smell.as my childhood one.. A perfect mix of Cick-filet, mall sanitation and cologne. I used to hang at an Aladins castle playing arcade games. It brought me right back. Needs more parking, but so does everyplace else. Loved it!

Really used to be the nicest mall in Oklahoma City. It has went down over the years. There is no trolley system for overflow parking. No enough handicap parking. No security in the parking garage. Mall kiosks sell discounted sheets instead of local and unique items. Lot of window shoppers make it hard for serious shoppers to maneuver.

One of the few malls that still exist and it’s still busy which is crazy in the age of Amazon. Usually when you go to a mall nowadays it’s filled with empty lots but all the store fronts are occupied and there are a ton of options for shopping. I would recommend coming here if you like to walk around and do some window shopping.

I toured this property last Thursday with Buyers of mine from Winter Park, a retired couple looking for an Urban lifestyle, with Lock n Go, care free lifestyle so they can travel. I was so impressed with this building, amenities, guest suite, Roof Top garden and club house, the staff were friendly, helpful and it's amazing value.
Many thanks to the Two Michael's in the front office and to Lupe for being a spontaneous "tour guide" when we met her in the elevator!
I will keep this property on my favorites list for my down town Denver/Capitol Hill buyers. Cheers!
