Very well-maintained condo complex with professional on-site management, solid brick construction, and quiet greenery all around. Just moved in a few months ago and have been in love with how convenient everything is. HOA takes care of pretty much everything including heat. So close to parks, trails, shopping centers, highways, bus stops, light rail, and more. Didn’t have any issues with the HOA or on-site management as other reviewers suggested when we moved in, and got all our deposit back. Just follow the rules, and you’ll be fine. Feels very safe even at night thanks to the well-lit pathways

This is the worst ran HOA i have ever encountered. They are extremely strict with move in and out policies. They will find any possible way to take your money and put it in their bank. They charged me twice with moving violation fees one being moving a couch through the front door. They charge me $600 and then $500 on top of that for being a "second" fine. They said the extra $500 was for a "second" viaolation. i called the HOA rep Cathy over 20 times and emailed and left voicemails to the entire team. They refused to help me or answer me. When i refinanced i discovered i had a HUGE outstanding
