Reality Bikes is proud to present our 2017 club team. Our purpose for developing this concept was to offer riders from all areas of our sport the opportunity to be a part of our team. We are devoted to the promotion of cycling throughout Georgia and feel that there is no better way to achieve this than to develop and support a club of riders who share the same passion that we do.

Services
Having an experienced bike fitter adjust your bike and teach you proper posture on your bike is the single best way to improve your performance and increase your comfort. In an hour ride, you pedal nearly 5,000 revolutions. Small misalignments become exaggerated through high repetition and you start feeling aches and pains or worse, an injury.
Serving our community since 1995, Reality Bikes has held a strong presence within the high-end bicycle market. We don't just sell bicycles, but strive to provide "bicycling experience" to all levels of cyclists. Our services range from custom bicycle fittings using the latest Retul technology, to professional assembly and repair of any bicycle.
This is a race pace ride that typically averages 21-24 miles per hour. It is a great ride to work on your road racing and pack riding skills and to get in a good mid-week effort. 6:00pm B-2 group / 28 miles, Re-Grouping in 3 key points of the ride. We are looking for ride leaders and sweepers for our B-2 Group.
At Reality Bikes we believe that our customers should be able to make an informed decision regarding their new bike purchase. With that in mind, we have assembled a fleet of demo bikes to allow customers the opportunity to take an extended test ride on certain models. Though we are not able to offer demos in every model, we picked models that would best represent the broad range of bikes that we offer.

Many years ago we bought a couple of Townie bikes here. We are looking at buying a couple of E bikes and stopped in to see their selection. Reality Bikes has been in business since 1995! They have a great selection of bikes and accessories to choose from. But really sets them apart is their customer service, they listened to us and gave us some really great advice. They let us ride several E bikes around the parking lot.

Fantastic service, attentive staff and good variety of both bikes and equipment. I called for service on my bike but needed a quick turn around expecting a few days and got it back by nightfall. Owner Todd has done a bike fit for me a few times, really listening to my concerns and a great fit was achieved. Other pro level bike shops in the area should try to emulate Reality Bikes.

Reality Bikes came through for me in a big way. I was training for Six Gap and two weeks before the ride, the stem for my handlebars stopped moving and completely seized up. Apparently my extreme sweating had worn down the bearings and everything else to the point of turning it into metal sand. Clearly my fault, and lesson learned on getting the bike serviced at least every other off-season more than I can do myself. BUT, I didn't have a bike with less than two weeks to go. They spent hours getting the bike apart, then figuring out what parts they needed (it was a low-end Felt road bike I bought

These guys are great. Bought a giant Fathom hardtail MTB from them last fall and have had multiple service appointments with them on both the hardtail and my full suspension I bought elsewhere. They are very honest and reasonably priced. All bike service departments are slammed right now, but they always try to at least look at my problem and offer a timeline for a solution. Highly recommend them for all mountain bike purchase and service needs.

Well, I am very fortunate that Reality Bikes had a size Small gravel bike in stock (when many others didn't) just before departing to Colorado wherein there is an awesome, long, gravel road near our property. The Reality Bikes team fitted me, changed the tape to my favorite color and I've been enjoying it almost daily since my arrival out West...and it matches the Colorado flowers. Thanks again and y'all are appreciated every time I ride.

I took my sons bike in to Reality Bikes for a tune up before his mountain bike outing for scouts. After bringing the bike home, we realized that the back tire was flat. My husband ended up replacing the tire tube himself and other bike maintenance we were hoping to have someone else do. I should have known better than to leave the bike with them after such terrible customer service at drop off. We will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone either. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Went there yesterday because they were the only place in the Atlanta area that had a Giant Trance 3 mountain bike. The service was excellent, the guy helping me gave me some great information on a couple of different models, and unlike some other bike shops, they weren't charging over MSRP due to the limited availability of many popular models. I got my bike set up and ready to ride, and 10% off the accessories I bought with it, which included a $550 Kuat bike rack - which they assembled for free. On top of that, I can bring the bike in for unlimited free tune-ups in the first year.

These guys know their stuff and are very easy to work with. COVID has created its challenges so they were struggling to get new shifters. I was able to find some and took them by. They completely reworked and updated our 20+ yr old mountain bikes and they are as good or better than new. I totally recommend Reality Bikes.

The owner and staff of this reality bikes is highly unprofessional. First, they charged very high for small work and most importantly, their behavior was very very rude. Just because bike sales are high these days, they bumped up their repair prices really high. They are not even courteous to listen to customers. I went this shop to get my daughter bicycle brakes adjustment, he convinced me saying there is lot of work required on the bicycle and it will take 3 weeks to fix it. However, he called within 2 hours that bicycle is ready. They claimed themselves to be super busy and shows that lot of

Poor service. Purchased a bike from them for my son and he broke a part. We came to them for replacement and they basically said they would not help. I persisted to try to get some help and they claimed they would follow up with me and try to find the part. Unfortunately I never heard from them again. It was very apparent they are all about selling new bikes and not at all interested in helping with keeping up the products they sell.

I am new to biking. I stopped in today thinking that the bike I am borrowing needed a tune-up. Josh was great. He explained I didn't need a tune-up. He adjusted a few things and helped me with a couple items I needed to pick up. He never tried to upswell me--which I was worried about, since I don't know, what I don't know. Great customer service!!!!

I don't write many reviews, but I do so when the service is simply perfect. I moved from Atlanta to NYC and had to leave my bike with a friend because it didn't fit in my u-haul. With the help of Reality Bikes and especially, Franklin, they not only boxed up my bicycle for a very affordable price, but they also gave me information of how to ship it.

This place was amazing. I have been running for a while and wanted to switch up my training and start road biking - I want to eventually do a triathlon. Well I knew NOTHING about road bikes before walking into this place. I got a second hand used bike off a good friend and decided to get a fitting for it- I called and made an apt for the same day with Todd to fit me in my new to me bike. I walked in nervous and completely clueless. I warned him I was new to riding and had no idea on what any of the terminology was or how to sit properly on a bike.

Best bike shop in town, once you buy a few bikes you'll get fantastic service and pricing. Not very diverse though, mostly run by privileged white boys, needs more women in there. Lol I'm jk (mostly, women in spandex is always welcome)

Impressive selection of high end road bikes, mountain bikes, and accessories. Service seems helpful. High volume of bikes hanging from the ceiling waiting to be worked on or picked up would seem to be indicative of good mechanics, low storage space, or a combination of the two.
One area in which I think this store could improve is training for its ride leads. It may just be that it's early in the season, but in the B2 ride last week, several people got dropped before the last regroup point, and there was no full regrouping. I felt bad and wanted to stay back with them, but am not familiar
