The highlights of this service are: We service your bike with making sure the chain & cables are lubricated, lightly true the wheels, adjust brakes & derailleurs, adjust bearings as necessary & perform a safety check. I don't want to less then 4 stars on this review as I am sure this bike shop is a good place for buying a bike. I do want to note that I walked in to buy a bike but was told I have to have a mask on or no service. Their is no longer a mask mandate. I left went to Atlanta Cycling and dropped $3,600.00 on a bike today.

I brought in two bikes and both needed a front derailleur adjustment, and neither of them work still. One works better than the other, the one that's better than the other still doesn't change gears all that good, it changes gears, but after struggling for a bit. The other bike doesn't change gears at all still. I think the price is fair but I also don't think the work was good as it could have been.

These guys are awesome. Bent a wheel casing a jump. Atlanta Cycles told me it it could not be fixed and recommended an entire new wheel. Called these guys to see if i could at least save the wheel and just replace the rim. They took a quick look at it and said it COULD be trued. 45 bucks and a day later I m riding my bike. Thanks a bunch Brett. Ive also got an RS1 fork that I have not been able to find anyone to service. The places ive called so far said that it needed to shipped out for service??? Well It turns out that these guys service RS1 forks in house. Guess where all my bike will be serviced

I've been going to Twisted Spokes for years for all of my bike maintenance needs - and will continue to go! Brent and Shellie always take the time to answer all my questions and spend as much time as needed with me. Also, their bike lessons for young kids are amazing! My kids were up and riding with confidence in in the first session. Pay them a visit, you'll be glad you did!

Outstanding service!!!! I had a problem with the carbon fork on my Bianchi delaminating. The shop downtown would not even return a call! I called Shellie to ask about buying a new fork. She offered to speak to the Bianchi rep for me (the bike is under warranty). She sorted it out and I dropped the bike off as the fork needed to be removed and shipped to Ca. Few weeks later it's back and looks as good as new. So impressed that Shellie went above and beyond to get me the best result possible. I know they are busy but it was important to her that I get what I deserved - which was a repair under warranty

Beyond our expectations. Shellie is great. My kids are 9 and 6 and were very resistant to learn to ride bikes with the efforts of just my husband and I in recent years despite all our efforts. I was frustrated as a mother that i couldn't get this milestone accomplished. I located this bike shop online and was not dissapointed. Shellie is very detailed, skilled in her job and got my kids comfortable and trained in 3 sessions. So my experience at Twisted Spokes was awesome! I spoke with Shellie, came in with a box build and without hesitate Brent took one look at it and said when do you need back. Cool stuff right, but it doesn't stop there, he completely build the bike but notices that the bike needed some modifications and that there some issues. He gave me a summary of findings, totally professional. What can I say Twisted Spokes sets the bar high with serving their customers. Highly recommend!

Twisted Spokes is a great family run local bike shop that offers personal attention and professional knowhow. I go there to service the bikes for my entire family. And in fact leaned on their expertise to replace two bikes for my growing kids. Not only did they help me select a great bike, but they also went out of their way to pick them up for me so that the delivery was immediate. So grateful. And the additional benefit of offering bike lessons was an unexpected find. With COVID, I am now focused on making bike riding part of our family routine on the weekend to enjoy outdoor activity and family

Special Attention for My Old Road Bike-
I live in town Atlanta, but I work near the bike shop. I decided to have my bike serviced here during Covid due to the bike shop backups in my in town, local shop. I am so happy I gave Twisted Spokes an opportunity. I have spoken with Shellie briefly, and she was knowledgeable and friendly. However, Ricardo has been my primary interface. He is awesome. I have taken my bike here three times this year, and Ricardo has a welcomed attitude of giving my late '80's road bike the special love and attention old bikes need. He likes the challenge and is not willing
