My family has known Mark, the owner, for a really long time, around 20 years I believe. He and his mechanics do an absolutely fantastic job, and they are totally honest as well, which can sadly be a hard thing to find anymore (honest mechanics). Normally I do my own repairs and maintenances, but whenever there is a task which is a bit too intimidating or jarring for me, I take it to them. For example, recently they replaced my clutch (which I couldn't really have done myself because it requires a lift since you have to drop the transmission and remove both axles, being that it's FWD)

Michelle was so nice and the team went above and beyond checking additional things in their safety check and more importantly telling how much longer I had until I needed to change them instead of trying to "sell" me on those services now. Example, the mechanic notice I'll need a new oil pan next time, told me I had one more oil change on my filter and that my brakes can go 2 more oil changes. Most importantly the mechanic noticed my break pins were loose and tightened them for me!!! I think I found where I will get all my oil changes going forward!!!

My car was dripping dark transmission fluid. "Could be a broken axle seal," said my long-time trusted mechanic, "but we don't do transmissions." So I took my car first to neighboring Active Transmission and Gear. Active's diagnosis: transmission overhaul, $3,800, 3 days' work. Great customer service. I was traveling from out of state on Christmas Eve and my muffler fell off and was dragging on the ground. Called a few places and no luck. They were all closing. Talked with Michelle at Accountable Auto Care, and she said they would stay open until I got my car to the shop. With some luck a bungee cord and a carabiner I was able to get my car to the shop. Mark took a look and was able to get me out the door and on my way back to my family that was waiting at a local park. So car repairs BLOW. (No offense to AAC but I'm sure they agree.). Nothing's worse than getting into your car to go to work or a doctors appointment or whatever and your car doesn't start. My husband and I were trying to avoid this issue and brought our Honda Fit to AAC for a weird knocking we heard on our drivers side. Ok these guys are fantastic. Honestly, going to a mechanic is one of my least favorite things to do. It's not an area I'm knowledgeable about and I'm always worried about the honesty and reliability of the work. However, I will happily go back to them every single time. They are friendly, deliver fantastic customer service and make you feel at ease. Very impressed. This will absolutely be our mechanic going forward!!

Mark and Aaron were awesome!!!
I had 2 head lights on my Subaru Legacy that required, for the most part, a total front end disassembly to get replaced LOL ;) These two had me in and out in just a couple hrs & even provided a loaner car so I could get some work done at a near by coffee spot.

I loved my visit to Accountable Auto Care. I was looking for a place for an oil change and to check my maintenance light. I tried them out. They were very honest and straight telling me what is wrong with my car. They explained things to me in terms I was able to understand not just getting mechanical terms. While they work on your car they give you a car to drive with till yours is done. They also give you a key chain card once you get 5 oil changed with them you get the next one free. Over all I definitely will keep them as my mechanics.

Accountable auto is the shop to go to. I've been so pleased with Mark and his guys. Their prices are fair and their work is outstanding. To me quality is most important because my wife's suburban has to go back-and-forth to school and sometimes to the mountains. I can't have a problem while going up the hill. When winter comes around they make sure everything squared away for the season. And in summer I always have them do a check because we go to my grandpas in Missouri. They've had to diagnose my car in a couple of times and they really got it down right the first time. In

This was the best first experience with a mechanic, woke up one morning to my car not starting, called around to all mechanics in my area, they were the only one with a honest and fair price to see what was going on, got it towed in same day, the guy checked everything out and found it was an issue with my timing chain(a common problem in the model of my car) quoted my a decent price compared to other places I talked to, had it finished for me in a week and now I'm back on the road!! Before taking my car in it made a terrible sound now it sounds like a new car! Mark and Erin were also so friendly

Mark (owner) and Aaron are amazing. I went in to have my brakes replaced because the dealership told me it was time. Mark and Aaron told me I had at least another 3000 miles and then I could do my oil change at the same time. I really appreciated them giving me advice that could allow me to extend the life of the brakes and do the oil change when necessary (I run a high-quality synthetic and I don't need to do an oil change very often). I found Accountable when my mechanic moved there from another shop AND my neighbor recommended the shop. I've found Mark to be very helpful and forthright with information. I don't feel he's trying to do all work possible in order to make $$. He's told me that some things were not worth getting done on an old car or two I've taken in and he's also helped me figure out which items were most important to take care of and which could wait.
I'm totally willing to pay for good service with someone I feel I can trust and Accountable Auto Care is the place for me
