At Grace Christian Nursery School our goal is to expose, engage, and empower each child during their preschool experience with us. We apply this philosophy to our yearly curriculum planning and to guide us during our daily instruction and interactions with the students. Children are exposed to a consistently rich and varied environment, where they are encouraged to select and use materials constructively.

Services
The children in the Guppy class are exposed to a school environment. The focus is adjusting to a school environment, being cared for by a teacher and playing in a group setting. The Teddy Bear Class engages in activities that help them learn what school feels like. The focus is on social skills and school routines.
During this option, students will do as above, enjoy quiet time with books and/or music, and actively participate in an enrichment activity (indoors or outdoors). During the final option, students will follow the same schedule as above while extending their time exploring the enrichment activity with additional choices (indoors or outdoors).
All teachers have at least a CDA (Child Developmen Associate) Credential, an AA (Associate in Arts) Degree or higher in Early Child Development, or an advanced degree in a related field such as Education, Music, Nursing, etc. Grace Christian Nursery School sponsors ongoing teacher education and development.
I love the staff, the flexibility of lunch bunch, and the atmosphere-it feels like staff and parents are all friends working together to benefit the kids! It's such a nurturing and play based program where the teachers are truly invested in the children. It's like a family. We love the teachers and the people.
Grace is amazing. The focus on exploration and hands on learning with such an exceptional and experienced teaching staff is something that I speak to everyone I can about. Grace is a nurturing, play-based small school where you have ongoing communication with your child's teachers so you always know just what's happening for your child.
