We get it, rules are not fun, however in order to enjoy a safe and fun environment there needs to be some rules in place. The local beach rules are typical and what you would expect on any beach. Be sure to familiarize yourself before you set out on your beach day adventure. No Fires on the beach. While on the beach there cannot be any fires, including grills and releasing of Chinese lanterns.
Anchorage I & II feature two and three bedroom condominiums that can accommodate your family or group of families. Two bedroom condos sleep up to six while three bedroom condos sleep up to eight. Two bedroom condos are located on the first and second floors and three bedroom condos are on the third floor.

Anchorage has been and will continue to be our rentals of choice. They are clean, updated, family friendly and affordable. When we had to contact the office they were responsive and wonderful. We will continue to vacation here for the rest of my days!! The best place to stay in Myrtle Beach by far!!

We stayed at this complex 30+ years ago and decided a return was in order with only the "adults". While the exterior remained the same most of the owners, we rented 4 units, have upgraded or remodeled their units. Some better than others but all feeling refreshed, not run down. The pool appears to have a heater, but it was not running and in late October the water in the pool was colder than the ocean. In fact it was not usable. That was the only drawback. The owners appear to do a lot of the maintenance themselves. We saw them painting outside furniture and light post as well as the parking blocks

We enjoyed our stay at Anchorage II. We think we found our yearly vacation spot for all future Myrtle Beach trips!!. The location was great and the views from the the balcony were fantastic. Property was as nice as shown on the website and pictures. The condo had mostly everything we needed. Having a pool right outside of our condo was awesome and the fact the beach is also just steps away you can't beat the location. Looking forward to our next stay at the Anchorage condos.

"The condo was clean and roomy. Absolutely loved the kitchen. View was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. The pool was big and clean. Elevator was nice and convenient. I broke my ankle a month before our stay so it was needed. Community was quiet. This area of Myrtle Beach was very nice. We loved our stay and will be back. Thank you!"

My family and I had a great time at Anchorage II, the condo was fabulous, enough room for all 4 of us. The decor and furnishing were excellent, everything was new, updated and in great condition, we had everything we could need and more. The pool and beach were so close and the view was one of the best views I have had on vacation. We loved everything.

Unit 212 was pretty nice. The walk to the beach was short, no longer than a hotel on the beach's walk. The beach was very nice, plenty of room, the private entrance with rinse off station is very convenient Grounds were kept up with and the pool was clean. Could use some upgrades, furniture starting to show its age, but still our stay was awesome

The water and the condo unit smelled like rotten eggs/sulfur, HEAVILY. The guest bathroom shower had ZERO water pressure. You can hear people walking on the floor above you. Only positives; I only had to stay two nights, it was sorta clean(visible roach bait traps?) and decent location, but I wouldn't stay again.
