We invite you to take a tour of our Myrtle Beach condo. We are located on the seventh floor of the prestigious Maisons-sur-Mer ocean front high rise at 9650 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572. Our two bedroom, two bath condo features the largest floor plan in the building with 1500 square feet of climate-controlled indoor space and 350 feet of covered balcony space.
Features include panoramic views of the ocean from the bright, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen with sunlit glass-walled breakfast area, formal dining room, two large, furnished balconies, balcony access from all rooms (excluding bathrooms), and unique room layout allowing for maximum privacy (the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo).

Services
Foyer - entry door with keyless entry (prior to check-in, guest chooses a four-digit access code, which we then remotely program into the lock), entry coat closet. Two large balconies - one accessed from the kitchen, living room, and second bedroom; the other accesssed from the kitchen and master bedroom.
As shown on the "Rental Rates" page, taxes at 12%, and the refundable $100 Security Deposit must be added to the rates above to get the total cost. Because we give guests in the current year first right of refusal on the corresponding time period in the subsequent year, availability for more than a year in advance cannot be determined at this time.
All reservations for 707 Maisons sur Mer are made directly with the owners of the property, Tom and Janet Levine. Our contact information is in the footer of each page of this site. Upon receipt of a reservation, we will prepare the rental agreement immediately and send it to the renter as either a PDF attachment to an e-mail or via regular mail (renter's choice).
I have seen your condo on Vacation Rentals By Owner (www.vrbo.com). Should I contact you directly or through VRBO if I have questions or want to book your property? A. The choice is yours; however, please be aware that an additional "service fee" of approximately 10% of the rental rate will be added on to your rental, and will go directly to VRBO, if you book our property through them.

We've had the privilege of staying at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front condo for the past 5 years. It is by far the best condo we've ever rented, and its one of the highlights of the year for my family. Some of the amenities you'll find onsite are, a large heated pool, Tiki Bar at the pool during summer vacation season, tennis courts (2), putting green, driving net, casual food venue serving breakfast and lunch, and oceanfront cocktail lounge. One of the benefits of renting this unit is that only a small portion of the Maisons-sur-Mer condos are rental units, leaving the beach
