I started training at Leclerc's last Fall during my Junior year at Marist College. Master Leclerc, his staff, and students, made me feel welcome the moment I stepped through the door. I have trained in martial arts for over ten years, and served as a lead instructor at a karate school on Long Island where I live while not attending Marist.

We love Leclercs!! It has been a huge blessing in our lives. Our daughter started just over a year ago and the growth, confidence and happiness we have seen in her has been amazing!! She started with her hands in her mouth and tons of nerves/anxiety (as she usually does with new things) for the trial and first few classes and quickly broke out of… her shell.
The instructors are hands down some of the best and not only teach them martial arts and skills, but life lessons and always have great messages for the kids (and adults too lol). And, we see every time we are there how much they truly

Absolutely wonderful! My 4 year old just keeps asking to go every day! He is a bit of a perfectionist so he has a hard time trying something he isn't quite sure of but Master Margerum is teaching him that it is better to try, fail and learn from that experience then to not try at all. I highly recommend them.

My 3.5yr old is training at the Rhinebeck location and we could not be happier. She has become so much more confident already and she loves going to the classes. The instructors are extremely professional, have great energy and are very welcoming. They are all fantastic with kids. I highly, highly recommend this place.

Peyton had a half birthday party yesterday, since her birthday was at the height of the covid shutdown. No presents, just an excuse for her and her friends to get together. We had it at Leclerc's Martial Arts… Red Oaks Mill location where she has been a student for some time. WHAT A FANTASTIC TIME! The instructors are absolutely fantastic keeping the children engaged, under control, and having a great time for the entire party. Peyton Is 10 years old, and has had parties at many places, but I've never seen the look of pure joy on her face at them, that I saw at this party. They got great

We have been attending a little over a month and have noticed a huge difference in our 4 year old’s listening and focusing skills. This is such a wonderful place and we are grateful we found it. Highly recommend for any parents struggling with SPD or ADHD as a supplemental routine to help foster engagement and confidence.

My 7 year old has been going to Leclerc’s Martial Arts since he was 3 years old and I have seen so much growth in him over the years. He has learned to respect himself and others and to believe in himself and push himself to be the best he can. The instructors and other students are all amazing! It was definitely the right decision to sign him up - I would recommend LMA to everyone!

We changed to LeClerc’s from another wonderful karate school in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has given us a sense of normalcy and happiness to watch our son continue to grow and excel, albeit in a video format that our former school could not provide. His foundation is as strong as could be possible from his former school, but we have found a new sense of acceptance, and our son a new fire of achievement. Happy to be here and accepted! Thank you 🙏🏻
