If, for any reason within the first 30 days of our management agreement, you feel that UTZ managing your property is not for you, then we can cancel the managing agreement with no penalties. I have been trying to find a place to rent for the last 3 weeks in Baltimore city. I came across couple of properties that I like and it was in the neighborhood I would prefer. But everytime I email them. I keep getting forward to an automatic email and make me do this customer intake information.
I had tried to call Abby for the past week or so but the number that she has online isn't working.
I have email them asking to call me. Still no call from nobody.
This is very frustrating 😤
So updated after my review I did receive an call from Abby.

I spoke with Ashley this morning, regarding finding a rental in Anne Arundel County. Not only did she take the time to talk to me, but she was very helpful, friendly, and professional. We have never searched for a rental home to be used for more than a week’s stay. I contacted UTZ for some info regarding a rental property I was considering purchasing. After contacting several companies I UTZ to be far and away the most responsive and helpful. The rep I dealt with Ashley was fantastic, attentive, and professional. Even if I found a cheaper option UTZ is the only PM company I would do business with.

As property management they let my pipes freeze and didn't file any of the paperwork in time. They would not have known about the damages if a neighbor had not been nice enough to call the ex tenant who called them. I am from out of state and UTZ was to handle everything, repairs and insurance submissions. My insurance company closed the claims due to lack of action on their part after three months and they said that it was not covered by their insurance. The only the bill or quote submitted to my insurance was a $700.00 bill from them removing the carpet, which was below deductible. It was
