Mark managed our home in Finksburg the last few years. We cannot say enough about him and his team. From finding us a tenant to overall managing the property, Mark did an outstanding job. Mark and his team are outstanding. By far the best property management company I have used. Tenant issues are dealt with quickly and effectively and he has made my life as a landlord much easier. I lived at one of the apartment complexes managed by Westminster Property Management for over two years. I was so glad when I found that apartment during my search. The application and move-in process was very smooth and quick and the rental prices are extremely reasonable for the area (in fact the cheapest I could find by far). But the low price isn't an indication of low quality by any means. The apartments were very spacious and mine in particular had a beautiful newly renovated kitchen. Mark is one of the friendliest landlords I've had and he is always quick to respond to emails and is attentive

Excellent Customer service!! Mark is very professional from start to finish. I have lived in my condo for more 12 years and have always be happy to rent here. Also the service man "sorry I can't remember his name" was always there right on time to fix anything in my place.

From the very first phone call I had with Mark, I had a great feeling having them manage our rental was going to be a good experience. I did compare them to two other companies, but decided to sign with Westminster Property Management after all. I really liked the pricing structure and the fact they have their in house repair and maintenance team which makes dealing with repairs easier and less expensive. Mark has maintained our interests first, and has done an exceptional job managing our property for the past 8 months.

After interacting with several unprofessional management companies and realtors during our rental property search in Westminster, Maryland, my wife found a listing from Mark Snyder of Westminster Property Management.
From our initial showing to the final walkthrough, Mark was one of the most responsive people we've ever rented a property from. He encouraged us to make the house our home, uncommon for a rental, but it made a huge difference in how comfortable we were there.
The house had a couple of issues that Mark promptly addressed, even one time working late into a Sunday night to get it resolved

This is a amazing property management company. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a rental property in Westminster MD you give WPM a call and see what units/apts are available. They are fair and if there's ever any issue with your rental they will be there on the spot to reconcile any problems you may have. I have been staying in one of there properties for over a year now and am looking forward to many more.
