Everything about it was okay (below average or average). 1 star review because our apartment walls were covered in black mold and obviously just painted over. Once the mold got through the paint we had a moldy apartment. Lease agreement pushed all mold issues onto the tenant.

Lived here for a year while in school. Repairs were prompt when you gave proper detail of the problem at hand. Everyone I dealt with was very polite too. Rent was also well priced.

Office Manager is really bad, I know I haven't paid the lease yet. But they don't have to send me a 2 reminder paper on a same week. My neighbor is really annoying and I never said anything, they hangout with a loud music until 4 and I let that go for a month. When I hang out with my friend until 11 and we are not that loud. The next day I got called that my unit is being loud.

The maintenance guy is really nice. They technically have a system for putting in a ticket for maintenance, but he introduced himself when I moved in and said "Call me anytime." The ladies who work in the office are really nice. Some of my furniture arrived early before I moved in and they held it in their office before I was able to move out there, which was huge. All in all nice place, nice people.

The office manager is extremely rude, has been the entire time I’ve lived here. And they don’t answer questions and never solve the problems.
