I lived there for a couple month. There was another person who had lived there for the entire year, was to be my roomate. I asked the Apartment manager whether the other persons had paid his rent on time. She assured me that he has been paying regularly, and he has a co-signer who would pay for his rent. if he is due. She, also, stated that based on this structure that never would be a problem for the roomate (me).. Anyway, that turned out false. Two years later I am receiving calls from a collection agency for my roomate debts.

We did a lease take over and it was the easiest process ever! The managers/desk team are quick to respond and act quickly when needed! Dane and Sarah are fantastic! The property is well maintained and obviously cared for, with even the grounds people offering a wave and smile. The apartments are roomy and perfectly spacious as well as the bathrooms and showers! Also, affordable on-site 24hour laundry, which was a must and a wonderful surprise when we saw how cheap it was! The lounge is also modern and definitely a place I'd host/hangout at!

My son rented an apartment at University Court for college and loved it! It was quiet and well maintained! The management was excellent to work with .... professional, courteous, and very responsive. They were very supportive when my son changed colleges and had to leave before the lease had ended. They made the moving out process seamless and easy! They went over and beyond in helping with the transition. I would definitely recommend living in this wonderful complex. I don't think you would find a better apartment management team that was as caring and helpful!!

University Court is an awesome place to live! The staff is always awesome, willing to help out, answering questions, or just saying hello! The 24 hour laundry room, and clubhouse with free wi-fi make even my chores less of a hassle! The maintenance staff is extremely quick to respond to work orders, and are always super friendly and helpful! Plus I can walk to class which saves me the stress of trying to find a spot at the school! Overall a great place to live!

Tl;dr: Management are liars, thieves, discriminatory, they charge you for everything they can, will enter your apartment without notifying, will end your lease without any notification

Because they shot down every international student who wanted to take-over my lease, it gave me the option to pay outrageous fees to terminate my lease and pay rent until a renter was found-- or pay rent until the end of my contract.
2. I came back after summer to find they leased my apartment to another person. They were taking my rent money AND renting that same unit to someone else. They

The property manager, Tori is very knowledgeable and kind. The application process went smoothly and living at University Court was very pleasant. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Whenever a maintenance issue did arise, it was dealt with the same day. Tori was also helpful in helping us sublet our apartment when we had to move out early. A great experience at a great property.

I chose to live at University Court Apartments because of the convenience of included, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Internet, and Cable, the friendly onsite management, and the evening security guard. This was a wonderful choice for my first year living off campus and I highly recommend it! The laundry room is clean and easy to access 24/7. I really enjoyed the club house which has a great pool table and Foosball table and large flat screen TV!
