I loved living in The Meadows! Perfect place to live for college students looking for off campus housing. I lived in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment with two of my friends and it was the best apartment I've been in! We never needed maintenance on anything as everything was well maintained. The office staff were super nice and patient with me when I had questions. Quite a cozy and nice place to be, and its also a short walk to the campus. 11/10 would recommend!

My daughter and my mom rented an apartment here. We thought it was a great place. We loved it while they lived there. Until they moved out. The apartments reached out to us to move out early as a lot of tenants were moving out at the same time. So we agreed to move out early and we would be paid back rent for the days we did not live there. None of that money we have seen yet! We have left messages and emails several times with no response. The month they were moving out they were not home for a week and came home to a giant leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. The maintenance man responded right

My husband and I have been here for the last few years and have been extremely happy with our living situation. The staff is professional and courteous and have gone above and beyond to help when needed. Our repairs have always been done in a timely manner, and we have no complaints overall. Great apartments if you're looking for a place!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The leasing office staff are incredibly rude and crass. I have had the property manager call my phone over and over demanding rent money, even the day before rent is due! She has been verbally harassing, to the point of claiming she will make sure that I am homeless, and bragging about evicting a family. I do not know how these people sleep at night, truly. She has even said, “I know you are home, I saw your car.”

I moved into a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at The Meadows, Walnut Location in 2013, renewed my lease another year and would be renewing it again if I wasn't graduating. I had an exceptional experience with the management, maintenance staff and my neighbors.
Every process was smooth whether it was asking Alicia if someone could come take a look at our dishwasher or asking Gracie how to use the new online payment system. My neighbors were courteous of apartment living and I am thankful to say, parties were held at the Grove, not The Meadows allowing for every night to be a peaceful nights sleep
