Board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon Dr. Kendall Carll is skilled to treat the back injuries of North Texas patients from his Plano, Addison and Frisco facility locations. As the founder and leading physician of Spine Care of North Texas, Dr. Carll has helped hundreds of patients find relief from chronic back pain.
Spinal decompression helps to relieve pressure and obstructions from spinal nerve roots in order to alleviate pain and discomfort. A discectomy procedure is provided to treat herniated discs that are putting pressure on the spinal nerves by removing disc fragments. 360-spinal fusion surgery addresses both the anterior and posterior sides of the spine for full (360 degrees) treatment of complicated injuries.
Spine Care of North Texas often refers patients to physical therapy to help prevent surgery as well as to help patients recover following surgery. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy utilizes an individual's own blood to create a concentrated solution that is injected to promote healing. Epidural steroid injections can help reduce pain in patients suffering from chronic neck, arm, back, or leg pain that results from a back condition.

I was hopeful about this doctor after reading so many great reviews. I was so disappointed when a PA did my initial exam and only spent 5 minutes total with me. The doctor came in for less than a minute to tell me to get an MRI and walked out before I could ask questions. I wont be following up with this doctor. I will find someone else that wants to spend enough time that I can actually ask questions. Just very disappointed in the experience.

I am a former collegiate athlete and current Veterinary Technician who recently suffered from left leg nerve pain...aka pinched siatica. Surgery was good, but now I'm in Physical Therapy and needed meds called in. I left 4 messages over 3 days and nothing. Then I called today...Friday...at 1:30pm. Nothing. Called back at 3:30pm and they said it would be sent. It was, but then it showed delayed at pharmacy. Called the pharmacy and they said they didn't get the diagnosis code so they can't fill it until Monday. It is 5:02pm. So unprofessional. Called but got recording that they are closed.

Dr. Carll and his staff are so kind and professional and make everything so easy for you to understand. Dr. Carll really cares about his patients and I can see that! Literally every day was a risk for me and he has saved my life and taken away all of the pain I have felt for many years. I absolutely cannot tell you enough about how you need to come see him. Even if you have been to other surgeons, just go get his professional opinion.

My name is Mark Walter. Doctor Carll and his staff are simply the best when it comes to spine and back care, bar none ! Ive had a total of 6 spine surgeries to date. My first one was done by a different doctor and it failed. I found Dr Carll after exhaustive research and countless inital consultations with numerous other doctors and I'm so glad I found him. He has since then performed five additional spine surgeries on me. I was badly screwed up to say the least and he literally gave me my life back. I highly recommend him to everyone including my own family members, one of which he also done surgery
