In Office: Request a Medical Release Form from the front office staff. You will need to create your account which will allow you to send and or receive a copy of the requested records in electronic form.

First time coming to this location and dealing with this particular staff. I must say everybody from the 1st person I met, to the reception area, everybody is very friendly!
The person who checked me in and forgive me if I don't say her name correctly but I thought it was like Kuo, I'm not sure? And the person who did the X-rays, Logan and the other lady, oh my gosh so nice, so outgoing and personable. And then there's Dr. Grosser, she is fantastic. Full of energy, bubbly, she explains everything in detail, and makes sure you feel comfortable. Great, great first experience, I loved it!

Best Orthopedic Dr….I ever had and I’m no spring chicken! Dr B is thorough, takes the time required to figure out what’s best for the patient!
Went in with excessive swelling and pain from skiing the bumps! Today I’m pain free and on the mend!
I have complete confidence in his opinion and will be my Ortho Dr for life!

First of all, most of the reviews on google for this place seem to be bought or fake. PLEASE LOOK IT UP ON YELP BEFORE MAKING A DECISION!!!!
I was injured in a car accident and was taken in to do a MRI at Envision, McKinney. All this place had to do was relay a report from Envision. I was told they would be available in 24-48 hours. The level of customer service I witnessed was nonexistent, employees were rude and standoffish. I’ve now been trying to get my results for 4 days and each day I call I am “greeted” with the same attitude and a technique of putting me on hold and transferring

Dr Grosser is excellent. I had bunion surgery and reconstruction of my second toe. She and her team,Lauren, Ryan and Elizabeth all did a very good job. My only complaint is that I scheduled my surgery 2 months out and that week they moved me 2 days up.
There was a good reason. I was told that someone needed a special surgery and the only time that facility that could do it was available was my scheduled day! It just caused a few headaches and trying to get my husbands and my schedules moved around at that time! If I had it to do all over again, I would definitely use Dr. Grosser and her team again

The waiting area was professional with great assistance, Brian with Dr. McGarry was just Great !!! Hanna in radiology was very Professional and made me feel comfortable rather than nervous during my X-ray session. McGarry was also very professional and explained everything that would happen about my shoulder issues.

I had both shoulders done one year apart by Dr. Howard. Both are reconstructive shoulder surgeries. I am currently doing physical therapy on my second one and doing great. I expect full recovery and should be ready to play sports in a few more weeks. The first one was perfect like a brand new shoulder.

I came here and visited with Dr. Grosser who did an amazing job on my right foot surgery that I had this past summer. She explains everything very well and gives you the chance to talk about what is needed for you. I love her so much and would recommend anyone to come and see her. She always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Her medical assistants are so sweet and kind they always have a positive attitude towards her patients.

Dr. Wallace has been outstanding throughout our daughters treatment. He diagnosed her condition quickly and concisely. His recommendation for treatment was thought out and precise. He went above and beyond on the day of the procedure and was extremely thorough. I highly recommend Dr Wallace and his team.

I can not say enough of how much I appreciate Dr. Comely and his team for all their hard work. Dr.Comely took time to find out about me and together we made the best decision on how to get me where I needed/wanted to be with my knee. Only 3 weeks out and my knee feels so much better. I looking forward to becoming fully active again.

Plano Orthopedic consistently offers the best doctor visit experience you will ever have. I have seen three different doctors at this clinic over the years for different orthopedic issues, with the most recent being Dr Sunwoo. I can honestly say I have never had an unpleasant visit and the office and medical staff run this clinic with maximum precision, efficiency, and courtesy! Dr. Sunwoo is personable and intent on finding resolution for the pain I’ve been experiencing. Everything about Plano Orthopedic is top notch, from the greeter at the front door to the quality doctors! Highly recommend
