Services
Please be aware of our two-hour cancellation policy. We ask that you remove your name from a class if you are unable to attend. Your account will be charged a class fee if you do not cancel before the two-hour time frame. Please arrive prior to the scheduled start time. For security, we lock the front doors once a session begins.
For those who have always wanted to try a yoga class, but felt too intimidated to walk in, this is the class for you. Instruction will be detailed and clear. Vinyasas will be slow and precise. Emphasis will be on correct breathing and finding your comfort zone. There is no chanting or meditation, only instruction with a good beat.
Harbor Yoga Studio was founded in 2010 by Angie O' Brien and Heidi Bell, two friends with a vision for a different kind of yoga. Our classes are designed to inspire, to push you past your personal limits and what you thought possible. Each and every day, we provide a high-energy, upbeat and motivating atmosphere in which you can excel.
I would say that yoga changed everything about my life. I am happier, I am more present in my own life and I hope I am helping others to find more happiness in their lives too. Ain't no yoga like Harbor Yoga! Watching people step out of their comfort zone, give a little more of themselves on the mat and seeing a difference in their strength of body and mind as well.

Excellent place for yoga! Very clean, every instructor I've had has been polite and very knowledgeable. Classes are very challenging though!

Quickly has become one of the essential parts of my week and my workout routine. Unlike any other yoga practice that I have tried in the past. It will humble you but leave you feeling stronger mentally because of it! Angie and Heidi are awesome. They really have created something special.

Harbor Yoga cannot be beat! I’ve tried numerous yoga studios and nothing compares to Harbor. I had been doing HIIT for years and had hit a plateau. I never thought I could leave a yoga class feeling like I got my butt kicked as much as I do at Harbor. Heidi and Angie are both great... they are extremely friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I haven’t had a bad trainer yet. Two thumbs up for HY!

Harbor Yoga Studio is a great place to get in a workout. I've read a few reviews; "Harbor is not a yoga studio." Pretty incorrect. What do you want from a yoga studio? Owners who are certified? Who care? Who provide a safe and clean environment for their clientele? People who provide many, many options for class times and level of effort? And anybody can practice here - a common mantra for all instructors is "modify, modify, modify." I personally don't do all the upward dogs in a class.
Highly enjoyable, very energetic, sweat like crazy because it's 100 degrees in the room, and enjoy the environment

Nice studio. Clean and smelled good. Warm studio took slow flow and was a great workout. Loved the cold lavender towel at the end. Good prices for quality of class and studio.

Echoing a previous review, THIS IS NOT A YOGA STUDIO. Please don’t market yourselves as yoga when the classes leave no room for deep breathing and correct yoga poses. I’ve done yoga for 10 years now- a mix of power yoga, bikram, and vinyasa- and I have to say that this was the worst yoga class I’ve ever been to. In the Mixed class, every pose was rushed, I couldn’t hear the instructor (she gave very minimal instruction anyways), and the music was obnoxiously loud and explicit (every curse word you could think of). I gave it 2 stars because I got a good workout in, but I don’t feel relaxed

Best yoga studio in town! If you want a true work out, Harbor is for you. The studio buzzes with excitement. The instructors are amazing, athletic, highly trained and really care about their students. I have tried multiple studios in the area and this one stands out. I have been going there for two years and am addicted! Everyone needs to have a Harbor experience, it makes you feel great!

For those who want a solid hot-yoga workout, this is the place to go. This isn't the "lie around and Om about your feelings" type. It's modern, hot, fun, and worth the time and money.

THIS IS NOT A YOGA STUDIO. I REPEAT: NOT A YOGA STUDIO. This is a POWER yoga studio.
For those unfamiliar with the difference;
Yoga is typically about getting to know your mind and body through poses and stretches. Typical class sizes are about 3-18 students. (Instructors have time to correct individual's poses)
Power Yoga is a workout similar to what you find at a gym that utilizes stances similar to yoga poses. Typical classes are about 20-50 students. (Instructors rarely go around correcting individual poses, hence why I say "similar to yoga poses" and not actual yoga poses; 75% of the class
