Reservations cancelled 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $100.00 service fee. Late Check-Out until 6:00 p.m. may be available - a $75.00 fee will apply (Subject to Availability). We stayed the week of thanksgiving we stayed in j8 these condos are up to date and are very nice! The staff was very customer friendly so was the property manager. The beach behind the condo was amazing found alot of big shells. This is were we will be staying from now on! I know they have some bad reviews truth me over look those reviews we did and we truly loved this place! Trust me you will 2. I work in customer service and there are people in this world you cant please no matter how hard you try. There are some people you just cant please!

Came to Sanibel Arms West to enjoy a week of relaxation and it has been a nightmare. Mold and mildew found throughout the apartment on air vents, curtains, and inside the sink! Completely unacceptable when you're paying over $1000 for the week. To make matters worse, a spider as big as my hand was found in the bathroom! Not happy at all. I've had friends that have made coming here a traditional family experience so I figured I would start the same, but my first day here dealing with the uncleanliness, mold, mildew, spiders and even a roach has completely exceeded the thought of ever wanting

My family always chooses Sanibel Arms West every time we vacation at Sanibel. The condos are always extremely clean and have every thing you need including a laundry room. They really are like apartments. Big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus the two screened porches are great. The big one is perfect for night time.
It's super dark and quiet at night and all you hear is the ocean. Even when the place is packed. We have used this places probably 8 times. Once we had to go with a different condo and it was too small For the price, it can't be beat. We have stayed in the ocean front and garden view condos

Great place been going there for a long time, however on my last visit we rented a second floor, no ground floor was available and the people below us called the police because we were making noise police could not do anything because we were only play dominoes. Next day the manager came at 7am knocking hard on the door with the guy staying on the ground floor telling us we were making everybody miserable, did not even care about hearing our version of the story. Manager was very rude.

I feel so offended, I can't explain how bad they have made me feel here. As we all came on vacation trying to spend a weekend with the family and we decided to put a playlist of ballads on the balcony, we went in to eat when suddenly the manager of the condominium without asking permission entered without authorization to turn off the music equipment that we had put, without knocking on the door, without respecting our privacy, without at least knocking on the door (supposedly another lady in the building had complained about the music, that the music was loud when the music was not heard even

We stayed here Tuesday to Tuesday. Some other condo rentals will only do Saturday to Saturday. You have to stay on the ocean side of the street if you want convenient beach access. We enjoyed a large condo at Sanibel Arms West. The included washer and dryer came in handy. The AC was nice to come home to. Parking was nearby. The location was central to restaurants and the east-end beaches. This was a great value in a great location.

The location really is wonderful and the room was clean and perfectly suited our needs (family of four). However, the management team left something to be desired. From the very beginning when we tried to book and had questions about what was available, to issues with check in, to some issues during our stay, it seemed like most of the staff didn't really know much about the property and were not able (or unwilling) to help. Ultimately things mostly worked out but it could have gone more smoothly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property was beautiful,clean and quaint. Just a few steps from the beach. The kids had a blast. It was a little too chilly for the pool or swimming in the ocean but it was still a good time. Convenient location. The office staff was very helpful and sweet as well. We cant wait to come back!

Our week at Sanibel Arms West was great. The property was beautiful, clean, well maintained. When we first arrived I thought parking would be a problem in the evenings when everyone was in for the night, but that wasn't the case. We didn't use the pool, but walked by it often and it was clean and inviting. The beach is so close and easy to get to.

First rate vacation resort on an amazing island. The place sits just a mangrove away from the ocean, and it takes about 30 seconds to walk to the beach. The beaches are wide, and filled with Sanibel's world famous shells. Beach chairs are available, and abundant. The resort offers a covered outdoor heated pool, which the kids loved. Above there is a sun bathing deck for those looking for uninterrupted rays. We also utilized the tennis courts and played pickleball with the family. This resort is just minutes away from stores, restaurants and things to do. The condo itself was great.

Sanibel Arms West is a wonderful place to stay on Sanibel. Close to to the main street but away from all the traffic. Our condo is well taken care of and if anything is broken, the staff at Sanibel Arms West makes sure it is fixed in a short time. The grounds are well taken care of and lounge chair are available to take to the beach. My grandchildren love the pool, it is always comfortably heated so we go even if the weather is cool. We've stayed here for the last 4 years and already have our reservation for next year.

I can't say enough great things about Sanibel Arms West! My go to place to stay on Sanibel Island.
Super accommodating and very pleasant staff. Steve Snyder always makes sure everything is perfect.

All condos are 2 bedroom 2 bath & sleep 6. Pool is 88-90° year round. I prefer I building overlooking pool & gardens.
Units are individually owned & decorated. So look at the photos on their website, they are all updated each year.
Heated pool, tennis courts, gas barbeque, community room for larger group meals, boat dock first come first serve & free, & GREAT uncrowded beach with tons of shells.
Building "I" first floor has zero stairs from parking to front door. Second floor in all building are walk ups.
My 5 condos all have individual password secured WIFI

Stayed here with my sister for 4 days in January 2012. We got a fantastic deal on a two bedroom condo, that was great for what we needed. Each having our own bathroom and bedroom was really nice.
The unit (I-6) was well maintained and clean, with a washer and dryer provided. Not all the units have it, but there are also coin operated washer dryers. Some of the things in the apartment were a little out dated, but over all it was very comfortable.
It was really nice to be a little bit away from the main street of Periwinkle, but still close enough to walk or ride bikes everywhere.
