Dr. Wallace graduated from the University of Tennesee in Knoxville with honors in 1982. He then attended the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1986. He has maintained a private practice and lived in the Seymour community for the past 22 years.

Please go somewhere that they will treat you kind and fair. This place is not that. Full of bullies, rude staff, very argumentive and do not listen or value the customer. Jeff Wallace and his aggressive bulldog with a mean, bad attitude Patty will treat you like garbage and Jeff will let her. Please keep going down the list in your search for a dentist.

If you have anyother option that is where you should go. Patty the big lady with caked on make up and no mask in a dental office is rude, nasty, and should not be in any type of position relating to the public. Dr Wallace shame on you for treating people, your people, local people in such a tasteless way.

I have been seeing Dr. Wallace and his staff for over 10 years. I can honestly say they treat us just like family. I can be having a bad day and the smiles and laughs that greet me at the door always lighten my mood. Today I witnessed not 1 but 2 of his staff getting treated so badly that I wanted to step in myself. An aggressive patient pushed herself into my treatment room trying to plead her case when I repeatedly heard the staff ask her not to. Then I assume her partner started in on the girls also. I can assure you that Dr. Wallace and his staff will not disappoint! I have trusted my family

I love Dr Wallace he is very good!! He is patient with me as I have bad anxiety and he seems to make the dentist not so bad for me. I can’t give a review without saying that Miss Patty up front is phenomenal!!! She works with your schedule and theirs to make it all work, she also helps with the insurance side of things bc that’s a headache in itself. She makes it easy.

Amazing office with such friendly Dentist and staff. They truly make you feel like a family member. Great attention to Covid concerns and the office is extremely clean but doesn't feel like a cold clinic setting. See attached photos of what they have done to adapt to the Covid crisis. Would highly recommend this office to anyone!
