Would not recommend this greystar community! In my experience middle management did an awful job managing expectations. The property managers brought many miscellaneous charges during move in, stay, and move out. The only saving grace was the maintenance team was very cool and super helpful.
Side note: this community is kinda far from everything i would spend more to live closer to delray or boca.

I came to view a two bedroom today on my day off and was denied service by Scott because I didn't have an appointment. Being that I work in the healthcare field, I don't have many days off. I would have appreciated being treated with respect and an accommodation, instead of flat out refusal. He didn't even offer to give me any information on a two bedroom. Bad business all the way!

We absolutely love living here. The management is very friendly and helpful. Courtney is awesome! The grounds are kept very nice, and the amenities are clean and well appointed. Maintenance personnel are very good, quick, and super friendly. What a great place to live!

Raising the rent on an 80+ woman $400 who has lived here 20 years and uses a walker is despicable. Just because the market is tight gouging people will make people not wanting to rent knowing the rent goes up that much If you plan on doing that to me give me 90 days notice - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

A wonderful place to live. Updated spacious apartments . Garages available to rent. Great amenities , Pools , gym and grounds wonderfully maintained. Friendly diverse residents. So many places to take your dog for a walk, and 2 dog parks.
Courtney and Jason in the office are always so helpful. The maintenance team responds quickly to your needs. Valet trash removal takes your trash from right outside your door daily , you don't have to walk it to the dumpster.

I live on the 1st floor and all I hear are the foot steps and movement of furniture from my upstairs neighbors. The amount of noise I hear throughout the day is absolutely ridiculous. with the amount of money I pay to live here you would believe annoy sounds like this would not be an issue. If your seeking peace and quiet do not move here!

This apartment is an amazing place to live in. When I first visited this place, I loved this place and right away we booked and started living here. It’s been 2 years and we absolutely love the environment here. Very calm and peaceful place and the lake view is great The customer service is too good and they repair anything and everything within a day or two. Too quick and hassle free services. Would continue to stay here😊

About to sign my lease again for year 3. Honestly have no complaints. It's a quiet mixed community with elders, families, college students yes but they are not loud or disrespectful what so ever. Yeah the gate sometimes breaks here and there if you're expecting a gate to never have a malfunction, you should consider moving to Calabasas. Maintenance arrives in a timely manner and requests are fixed some may take time as supplies are ordered. Happy overall here leasing office is always helpful and eager to help.

If I could give a zero I would. If you're looking for a safe neighborhood, look somewhere else. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE - delivery drivers, taxi drivers, movers -knows the gate code to get in if the gate isn't broken that day. Find a better run neighborhood that cares about their residents. My friends knew the universal code! They've never even been here. Horrified. Don't move in here.

I've lived in a lot of apartment communities and this is by far the worst. The staff is so disorganized it's almost funny.
They've over charged us on rent 3 times, and when calling to see what's going on they had the wrong lease on file... a lease that wasn't even signed!!!!
The other day, I pull up to the gate to find a note that says "we will be updating key cards 11/10, if you haven't updated your key card use the code".... This was on 11/10. So they gave me no notice that they were updating cards AND didn't email me about it or provided the code

The apartment and location are great. The grounds are pretty well kept. My only complaints are the gate (which is often broken and doesn't allow for people to back up so it doesn't actually provide any security) and the staff (excluding maintenance who respond quickly and are really good at communicating). The office staff take forever to respond to anything and have terrible communication internally which leads to miscommunication externally. The apartment itself and the day to day of living here are great though.

Darrel B's review seemed to hit the nail on the head. The apartments are nice, and as long as you never need anything then it's a decent place. There are several little things that make no sense. No matter how many bedrooms (1, 2, or 3)... No matter how many people are on your lease, you only get 1 gate code for people to use and it will only call 1 number. Unfortunately that doesn't work well for us as both me and my Fiance work in jobs where we can't always answer the phone. So good luck figuring out who can let people in and when. An honest review. Let me start by saying I like living here, the grounds are well kept and for the most part it's quite, the apartments are a good size and maintenance seems to take care of grounds and are quick to do repairs. That being said I have to give it 3 stars ( wish I could give 2.5) for several negatives that don't out weigh the positives, the apartments are big but out of shape and need to be remodeled they are held together with paint and caulk, the gate seems to always be broken and finally... the office staff.. they're just (how do I put this nicely) they seem like

Pictures posted on the website for this apartments are really nice but the service, the pricing sucks.
We lived there for 2 years and decided to move out, also in-spite of the gated community (namesake) there were few Burglary in the apt community.
The office staff very unfriendly and very unprofessional and unethical, worst apt office we have dealt with.

Decided to move here 4 years ago. Wanted to find a place closer to work and the area was nice.
First, I have to say that Maintenance gets 5 STARS. Those guys are awesome. They should be the ones in the office running the place.
When we arrived here the office staff paints such a beautiful picture for you just to get you to move in. They are super nice and caring (at the beginning)... etc etc. Too bad we fell for it. Pricing was perfect the first year but if you last there more than a year believe me you could rent a place on Atlantic updated and close to the beach. Can't believe we lasted
