I’ve been living here for a while now and just like everywhere else there’s ups and downs. Marie has always been consistent with me. My A.C. just went out and I put a work order in around 11:00pm. The maintenance worker Julius came in the next morning to fix it. He and Maria handled the situation professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you guys for all that you do. I would highly recommend this community to anyone based on their consistency and professionalism.

The staff at Village at Delray is phenomenal. I visited there with a friend looking for a place to rent. Angie provided great assistance when we have questions about availability and the living environment. The Community manager Maria is very nice and helpful. From my visit there, I can see that they work as a team to make sure the customers are satisfied. I definitely recommended this place. Thank you, Angie and Maria.

Applied for the “waiting list” a couple times and was denied both times even though I was eligible. Never got my money back even though it says in multiple places on their website that you will be refunded if you are denied. Not happy.
Edit: After a month of calling and being told that our messages were urgently being given to the property manager, we finally got a call from the overall owners/managers of the property - only after placing the original one star review.

On the surface it looks good, I spend a lot of time with friends in downtown Delray and i work not far from this place. So it would be perfect for me.
I'll be signing up for the reservation lists for a 1x1 next Monday.
I doubt it but I hope I'd be able to move in this year some time.

I have lived here for 3 years and I never experienced any problems. The manager Maria and her staff are very professional. When I have a problem with something in my apartment which is rarely they fix it right away. The community is quiet and kept clean. My children enjoy the soccer field, pool, and kids play area. Great place to live.

Our community has been dealing with many issues including the frequent change of management, But Ivet, the regional manager for our complex, has done an exceptional job improving our community and solving individual problems. She was very patient and kind through the difficulties. I am glad to have Maria back as our manager.
I've been a resident at Village at Delray for 4 years. When I first moved here I had no issues. The previous manager would put together events and activities for the community. It hasn't been up until this last year I've experienced management problems.

I have lived here for 2 years.No complaints.Maria and Angie are the best at the front office.They know how to talk to all the residents.They are not perfect though.Good place to live and raise a family in Delray beach.So far, I like this place.If you are a trouble maker this apartment complex is not for you.Thank you

Been here for 10 months and can honestly say it's been great. It's affordable, well maintained and neighbor's are friendly. We pay our rent online and can submit maintanence requests online as well. I've had various issues that have always been taken care of in a timely manner. Parking spaces in front of buildings can be a little tight but there's plenty of parking available a short distance from the buildings with no issues and there's always availability. Property is fairly new so apliances are still in good condition. Electric comes super affordable. Haven't had any issues with neighbors and
