Community is raising current tenants rents $300 to $500 a month.
The owners are charging very high rents but are not maintaining the property. The community is very dirty and neglected. The sidewalks are black and never pressure cleaned. The landscaping looks terrible and has not been mulched in years.
Only the entrance to the community and the leasing office are properly maintained and look nice.
Don’t be fooled. The rest of the property is not being maintained.
Residents cannot even recycle because the recycle bins are filthy dirty and have not been cleaned in years.

I have lived here for a year and cannot say enough great things about this place! From the office staff, maintenance to Sheryl, the Community Director, are all very professional and responsive and Sheryl has made such strides since taking over as the Community Director. She really cares about your experience here, is always visible and available and goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. The new lights in the fountain for evening enjoyment are beautiful! Thank you for all you do Oasis team!

I have been a resident since July. I bought the apartment based on a virtual tour and what the website told me. I was under the impression that it was a gated community. Since July when I moved in the gates have not worked. Every month I call in they give me the same response as the month prior that they had guys out the last week and are waiting on parts. Seems kinda ironic they are always waiting on parts but cash my rent check every month. It’s not a gated community and I do not feel secure here. Will
