I was looking for a new apartment after living in Miami for 20+ years, and I really fell for Seabourn Cove. It appeared to be a lovely community and the townhome model I was shown seemed to fit my needs. The rent was higher than I would have liked, especially given the outdated appliances and bath fixtures. There was also no availability for my desired model ... and while I was waiting, the projected rent climbed higher and higher, every single day. The leasing agents were great ... calling and emailing me to keep me updated. The deadline for giving lease end notice was coming up at my Miami apartment

Seabourn Cove is a beautiful community with even more beautiful apartments/town homes! I just wanted to write this review really to shed light on the leasing manager Iana G. She has been the best throughout my ENTIRE process, even in my whole life experience when dealing with leasing reps. She has excellent customer service and continuously exceeds my expectations. She got us in there so quick (literally within days), she always gets back to me extremely quickly, she is very compassionate about her job and especially her clients happiness. Don’t do it don’t even think about it! My husband and I where in the process of finding somewhere new as our current lease prices had sky rocketed. I reluctantly chose this 12 year old property mostly because it met our cost criteria for the budget we calculated. We applied and got approved and when it was time for us to move in, they waited until the very last moment to inform us the Unit we wanted for $2200+ was not available and the best they could do was to offer us a unit for $3,000+. This entire process lead to us having to pay almost $5,000 in fees to the property we were trying to move

A beautiful property in a wonderful city and close to all amenities and the beaches. A place you can actually get to know your neighbors and happily wave at the ones you do not yet know. Pet friendly (as long as you clean up) and the walking areas of the property are stunning! Naturally covered picnic areas, large gated swimming pool with club house style amenities, and quiet.. you would think nobody lived here most of the time it's so quiet. Love it here! The community is very diverse. Age groups ranging from young professionals to active retired couples. Great BBQ area. Always kept clean by the staff and the residents. I've been living here for over two years now. It's has been an amazing experience. The best part about living at Seabourn Cove is their leasing manager Iana G. She was my first experience at Seabourn Cove and the main reason I signed that lease. As each year passes she continuously shows how much she loves what she does and works hard for every resident here. When I had my doubts about resigning, she was my main supporter. Thank you so much Iana! I'm here to stay :)

It's pretty great besides not having a ton of walking space in phase 2 and the way the parking lot wraps around in a tight winding circle makes it very tricky for more than 1 car to fit through at a time/kinda dangerous. Many times I'll have someone parked behind my reserved spot almost blocking me in or just making it very difficult for me to back out of my spot because there's so little parking and parking rules are not really enforced. There's also not a lot of guest spots but these are kind of minor and expected issues.
