I stayed here in unit 279 from July 31st-August 7th. I have to admit that I really enjoyed the unit and my stay at the condo association, but there were a couple of drawbacks that my family encountered during our stay.
Pros:
3 pools and a kiddie pool for the little ones. This was a major plus for us!
Access to the beach.
The carts in the parking area to use for transporting luggage/groceries to and from the car to the unit was a massive help.
Friendly management/security guards.
The room we stayed in was clean (besides the stains in the carpet) and the air conditioning worked well.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. Number 341. We have stayed here many times. This is the first time we rented from sugars sand realty. Our place was filthy. The ceiling fan in my room was horrible. There was a little rug in our bathroom which clearly wasn’t washed. The toilet needs new caulk, it’s yellow and dirty. . Clearly they don’t clean the rooms. They charge you almost $700 extra for hotel fees and cleaning. The kitchen had lots however bring your own frying pans. They are so scratched. It’s terrible. We paid $3300 for our room. Not cheap at all. It’s clear the realty company doesn’t

I’ll give it 2 stars only because of the location. Mold everywhere, can hear a pen drop in the parking deck because it’s so small, apparently got a room that was “smoking…” I didn’t even know you could still smoke in rooms. I have 2 kids that have bad allergies and I had cancer. Would not recommend to anyone. Especially not for $1000 for 4 days. If it were $200 for 4 days I’d give it 2 1/2 stars.

Limited parking. 2 cars per condo. Great family condo, clean and located right on the beach. 3 pools and a kiddie pool. Showers right off the beach to rinse sand off. The elevator had some issues getting stuck on level 2. Location was close to restaurants and entertainment. Very happy with the stay and room. Will be back.
