I took my laptop here when it had water damage. The customer service was excellent, price was great, and they fixed my laptop and had it back to me the next day. Highly recommended.

Harold responded to my inquiry late on a Friday afternoon. He said he would be able to analyze my laptop which I think I bitlocked by accident, I. Monday. Tuesday he called, told me what he would need to do, and shared the price. He did exactly that and dropped the laptop on his way to another job Wednesday. I was back in business with little effort on my part!!!

My computer died and I was so worried Id lost all my old documents and pictures. Harold got great reviews so I called him. He came to my house to pick up my computer and one day later had not only extracted all my old data but had run a diagnostic on why the computer wasnt working. In less than a week, he had fixed my computer and brought it back to me saving me the cost of a new computet! On top of that hes a very nice and interesting guy! Ive told all my friends about him. I was in a panic after a Microsoft Office update destroyed years of work. I contacted Z IT Solutions and spoke with Harold. When we met he patiently listened to my story (which to me was a nightmare), then he explained to me what he and his technicians would do to try to resolve the issues.

My SSD was destroyed, so my laptop would not start at all. Harold diagnosed the problem, gave estimates, and provided great customer service all while being transparent throughout the process. He managed to replace the SSD and install Windows onto my laptop much sooner than if I sent my laptop back to the manufacturer. Over a month later and my laptop is still working perfectly with no signs of anything wrong. In fact, it feels even faster than before. I highly recommend him to anyone in the DMV.

Recently, my laptop crashed, and I called the manufacturer’s tech service number. Spent a whole Friday morning and part of the afternoon with three different manufacturer service reps. The reps were more concerned about getting a payment of $99. It was clear the problem was a hardware issue, and I was told to ship the laptop to them. It would take 10 to 15 days for repair. Frustrated, I told them to refund my money for 10 to 15 days was unacceptable. I am still waiting for manufacturer to refund my money.

I had a great experience with Z -IT Solutions. They offer efficient and effective service and their prices are very reasonable. Harold walked me through the repair process and made me comfortable right away - which is important - as I am not personally tech savvy.
