Lafayette Landing Apartments offers special programs designed to keep rents affordable. Your household may qualify if you earn household income falls within the guidelines below. We encourage you to contact our leasing center for more information if you believe you may qualify. In order to qualify and be approved for this "affordable housing", verification of your household's eligibility will need to be documented.

Just recently moved in and Deena, the property manager, went above and beyond getting us in knowing we had a deadline to move. She made sure to stay in contact throughout the process as well as checking in to make sure we haven't had any problems or issues. By far the best management and property I've ever lived in. We absolutely love the property as it is super quiet and the neighbors we have met are friendly.

I have been a resident at Lafayette Landing for three years now. I consider it home and my neighbors my family. That would make Deena Gregory (Property Manager) our Mother...lol
I have one of the 2bed / 2bath units. The rooms are spacious with a great floor plan. Ive lived in many apartment complexes throughout my life. Most of them were cheaply constructed. Not Lafayette Landing. Ive never heard my neighbors beside me or below me. Here, when you put in a maintenance request, they actually show up in a timely manner convenient to my schedule.

Deena, the leasing manager, is the absolute best! She went above and beyond to help my family get in the complex. She is kind, helpful, smart, and patient with any questions. The complex is clean and very quiet with beautiful views and wonderful people to call neighbors!! I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this place!!
