If posh is what you’re looking for you may want to look elsewhere, however, NOTHING beats the location. Downtown Clarksville & Austin Peay are within a short walking distance, so honestly a great place to live for people or students with no means of transportation. Also, love how pets are welcomed and respected here.

These guys were my best chance of getting a fresh start of having my first apartment on my own and it's really really easy to pay the rent every month I've never missed a day of rent and I've been here an entire year now it's great

Where do I start - When I moved in the management stated this complex was for AP Students only and anyone that wasn't had 6 months past their lease to move out, that turned out to be a lie. There is always trash laying around, the hallways are filthy. If you submit complaints to the office about anything - nothing is ever done contrary to them saying they will take care of it or give you reassurance. There are also fees for every little thing. This place is NOT a good (or decent at that) place to live. do not come here.

I really love it here the staff is nice and helpful and the young men and women that attends college here are wonderful to this old man lol so I would recommend this place highly and Let’s Go Peay

I have only lived here so far, for two weeks, but overall the housing quality is very nice, in the rooms, and the usual renters rules apply, but overall the roommates, Neibhours, and housing employees are extremely well organized, outgoing, and friendly. Absolutely recommend for folks living here.

There's a lot I could say but I'll leave it simply. Don't come here. There are extra fees added to everything. Management seems good but them stops trying after you're in. Place was not clean on move in. Promised money wasn't given. No attempt to fix issues. List keepsngoing.
