I've had no issues at all, love love it here, just can't understand today 6-20-21 it's 95° and POOL is closed...was told it's only supposed to be opened Monday thru Friday (9 to 5) business hours...really what about the residents that work until 5pm and only off days are weekends and the pool is closed on weekends. So instead of cooling off in pool, we're all seating in with our AC's never shutting off bcz it's 96° out.
Don't understand because it's a swim at your own risk...

Spacious apts and they need to be because when you move in here if you dont have the bugs ie. Waterbugs cockroaches etc. You will and dont be fooled by the all units have washer and dryer connections because if they do I know one at least they dont have it. So that would make that statement incorrect and the fact they have bugs coming from the vents umm hell to the naw. I mean when they move they will be taking them with them to thier new home that's just messed up. So if you plan on moving here get it in writing they have solved the roach issue.

I have only lived here for 4 months, but in my time here, it has been just great! The staff in the office are so nice and easy to talk too. My apartment was freshly renovated when I first arrived. Everything was so fresh and clean. It's quiet here, very peaceful. I love it and I would absolutely recommend anyone to move here.

We moved to Ashford Place in 2017. Like any complex there are ups and downs. Our family has been very happy here. For the past year the apartments have been undergoing renovations. We enjoy the pool (in summer), tennis courts, volley ball area and playground daily. During our walks our dog has made friends with just about every dog here. When we have a repair / issue Maintenance is fairly quick and reliable.

Personally, my Wife and really enjoy the peaceful atmosphere here. We recently moved here from Nashville to get away from the extreme congestion and recent over pricing to has taken over the city's real estate market. Ashford Place honesty is a great place to move to. It's affordable, recently renovated, and the office staff is very pleasant ,reasonable wand understanding. The location is awesome too, everything you could need is less than 5 miles away.

Place is an utter dumpster bin. Poorly maintained buildings and if they do do repairs they go the cheapest possible route which usually results in more repairs.
The ac units struggle to work due to poor insulation in the summer time the ac is set to 50 but inside it's still 80 plus.
Poor coordination when anything major happens for example the day before they tell you the water will be out for a week and expect you to somehow truck on.
Feels like you are living in a forgotten barracks.
Also the short older haired ladie is obnoxious and completely rude. Her name is Laurie.

My daughter was looking for a place to live and she stumbled across Ashford Place. She was able to get into a newly renovated apartment. It is nice and perfect for her. She has a balcony that has a great view, the office staff were nice and very helpful with her move in details. She worked me so hard getting her moved in so I will need to go back soon to just relax and enjoy. Rental was reasonable for the space she is in.

The reason a family member of ours didn't move in here was cause the lady with the real short hair is very rude and pushy not friendly in the least. Plus they want you to move into an apartment that they have never shown you. I'm sorry if I was going to move into a place I want to see it first before I even think about giving a deposit of any kind. My family member was going to go get the money order for the deposit and I asked them if they had even seen the apartment yet and they said no that it wouldn't be ready for another couple of weeks. I told my family member NOT to give NOTHING

These are by far THE WORST apartments in Clarksville. If I could give a negative rating I would. Yes they seem appealing because rent is low but you might as well go somewhere newer that's a little more months because typical electric bill during summer was 240, & that's with it never being under 75 because the complex is old and the units are awful. So even with a high bill is was uncomfortably hot and broke all the time. Last winter we had the same issue just with heat not cold air. There are constantly cops in the complex looking for people, or like last night breaking down doors
