Richard Harp and his team were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I wanted to be involved in every step of the process of building our forever home. Richard and JD both were open and available for our ideas. Also, with my husband being in finance he wanted to see everything on paper. Richard was willing to sit down with us and go over every number. When it was all said and done, we finished 7% over budget, but admittedly the overages were self-inflicted on our part due to add-ons and upgrades. Coming from a first time home builder, Richard Harp made the process easier and more fun than we expected. He is extremely detailed, which allowed us to always know where we stood on the budget-to-actual expense. We are most proud of the end product. We consider our home to be superb quality, energy efficient, and a layout to meet our exact family needs. It is our dream home.
