Dr. Hess is a cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with degrees in biology and chemistry. He then attended the University of Arizona Medical School and graduated in the top third of his class. Dr. Sandeen is a cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon.

Elizabeth S. Lee, MD is the newest surgeon at our clinic and specializes in cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and minors in Spanish and Chemistry. She then attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine graduating in May of 2012.
Colee has been working in medical management since 1996. She began her career in Neurosurgery as an Administrative Assistant. She then moved to the field of Women's Health where she spent fifteen years as the Practice Manager for two well known and very busy practices. Colee has traveled extensively and also lived in Germany for a year.
I chose Dr. Sandeen for an elective procedure. He was honest, thoughtful, and careful. His assessment was thorough, his staff is extraordinarily well organized and kind. I felt, surprisingly, like a valuable work of art. The surgical procedure was meticulously done by every team member and the follow up appointments were thorough and careful.

Dr. Hess was such a wonderful doctor to work with. From the start he made sure that I was comfortable. In March of 2021 I choose to have a breast lift and I am so glad that I did. I felt very insecure, even with my husband, and I hated that my breasts were so saggy. I'm 37, and I have delivered and breastfed four children. Naturally, they all took a toll on my body. I unfortunately had to meet Dr. Hess under less than ideal circumstances, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and was due to have tissue expanders placed and followed up with implants once the time was right. I am a breast cancer survivor. I had been through chemo and a double mastectomy. I sadly had worked with another plastic surgeon in town and my expander got infected. I absolutely love Dr. Hess! I had 3 different consults by 3 different doctors. He by far made an impression on me. Not only did he do an amazing job on me, his personally and bedside manner put you right at ease! I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, and breast augmentation. I look incredible and feel incredible. I have been seen by Dr. Hess for carpal tunnel surgery, for a thumb surgery, and for an accidental partial finger loss. Each time I have seen him, both he and his staff made appointments enjoyable (he has a very easy going manner), clear, expedient, and professional. I followed up with hand physical therapy and there, I was told he was the best hand surgeon in Tucson! I am very happy he was my doctor and continue to find other satisfied patients of his in my everyday life.

I had surgery on November 2, 2017. I had a tummy tuck (not sure of the surgical procedure name) and I'm telling you that my husband and myself are absolutely amazed by the flawless transformation of my body. Dr. Hess is the most amazing, kind, caring doctor I have seen. His bedside manner is amazingly comforting and his staff is just as fabulous.
